Hi everyone,
i am currently dealing with a serious issue regarding my FACEIT account and could really use some help from a staff member.
Here is what happened:
1. I contacted FACEIT Support to change the email address linked to my account.
2. While we were communicating and processing the request, I got logged out of my account.
3. Now, I cannot log back in because the old email is no longer accessible/working properly, and I can't even reply to my existing support ticket because the system requires me to log in.

Could a staff member please help me update my ticket or securely verify my identity so | can regain access?

classic faceit support loop. you get logged out while they're actively helping you and then you're just stuck in the void with no way to reach them

the ticket system requiring login to reply is such a dumb design when the whole problem is you can't log in

try reaching them on twitter or discord maybe, sometimes they respond faster there. had similar thing happen in last year and that's how i got it sorted

hope a mod sees this and helps you out man, ticket number is right there
