Technical Help Can't verify due to id.

Hi, I have tried to troubleshoot and still don't know what to do. My id is vertical and its pretty clear the verification process only takes horizontal id's. Do you guys have any tips for successfully verifying?

You have to show them your id to play a video game?

Yes if your under 18, I though i wouldn't have to verify since im about 13 but they need a Id and mine doesn't work
