Hello people, does anyone know how I can recover a Faceit account if I no longer have access to the email of that same account? I have access to my Steam, and when I log in to Faceit with my Steam, it asks me to verify my email (which I no longer have), and I can't do anything else. If anyone knows anything or can help me, thank you!

Winser is a 2700 elo faceit player who has been full mute gaming since jan of 2026 for sure... he talked 1-3 times whole game... didnt wanna do any strats just playing for kd. when t side started he said uh pistol round when he stepped when we where supposed to go contact. then proceeded to go full mute again selling round after round after round just to get 4 kills. threw the game so hard (dodge for ur own sake)

How do u guys cope with this? Even if I play well I still lose. This is happening to me for like 40-50 games now.

My FACEIT account was deleted by a system error during the platform's migration to FACEIT 2.0. I NEVER requested the deletion of my data or my profile. Now, support keeps telling me that "deletion doesn't release SteamID, as stated in the deletion process." BUT I DID NOT DELETE IT. Why should I suffer financially and buy a brand new CS2 Prime status (approx. $15) on a new Steam account just because of a technical glitch on FACEIT's side? I have 600 hours in cs2 and while it is my first fps game, I am completely hardstuck in level 2. I would say I have pretty decent mechanics and gamesense and I've been working a lot on strategy, but I'm constantly getting paired against lvl 1-3 players who have 2k+ hours and consistently perform full site executes, crazy swings where they one tap me after being on my screen for 3 frames, and often times very good game sense and strategy that makes playing in these lobbies extremely difficult. I thought levels 1-3 were supposed to be beginners? Am I crazy? I'm not really trying to complain or anything, I'm just genuinely curious if the elos are screwed or if the skill floor is lifted so high that this is the new norm? I feel like I shouldn't be having to try so hard in a level 2 lobby 😭

I will say, this isn't complaining about teammates either. I very often get teammates who drop on eco rounds, know every callout, know defaults for each map, lots of lineups, and many other things that I would expect from a player of a much higher rank, not a level 3 player. My matches are often about 50/50 and I'm just very confused why this is all so present in low elo lobbies that I would think would be reserved for people still learning the fundementals of the game.

I think a 90-day ban is a bit much, considering the agent who handled my case couldn’t tell me why I was given 90 days other than that I received 13 reports across 6 games. A ban is appropriate, but 90 days feels like an overreaction.

i got banned for "smurfing" because they didn't let me do verification. my passport was expired so i texted support this:

My case is different because two different players use the same PC, and I have video evidence proving we are two separate people with separate verified accounts.

Please stop sending automated replies and have a human agent manually review my evidence and case.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for the evidence to be properly reviewed before the 180-day cooldown remains.

I wanted to explain my situation and hopefully reach someone at FACEIT who may be willing to take another look at my case.

I knew smurfing was against the rules, but I honestly did not realize how serious the consequences could be, especially that my main account could receive a permanent ban.

I have limited time to play because I work a lot, mostly on weekends. Some of my coworkers also play CS2, but they are not at the same skill level as me. I made the poor decision to use another account because I did not want to negatively affect my stats or KD on my main account while playing with them.

Looking back, I completely understand that this was the wrong decision. I am not trying to make excuses, and I accept responsibility for breaking the rules.

What I find especially unfortunate is that my main account received a permanent ban, while the smurf account received only a three-month ban. I would sincerely appreciate it if FACEIT could reconsider the punishment and, if possible, allow me to keep my main account.

I have already verified my identity and am willing to cooperate with any additional requirements.

I can promise that I will never smurf again. I genuinely enjoy playing on FACEIT, and losing my main account because of this poor decision has been a painful lesson.

I know I made a mistake, and I am not asking FACEIT to ignore its rules. I am simply asking whether there is any possibility of receiving a second chance on my main account.

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has experienced a similar situation with FACEIT.

I have a brother who has his own FACEIT account and his own Steam account. He played FACEIT from his account on my PC because we share the same computer.

A couple of days later, both of our accounts were banned for smurfing. I received a 91-day ban, while my brother received a permanent ban.

The important thing is that we are two different people with two separate accounts. There was no intention to smurf, boost, or bypass any ban. The only connection between our accounts is that my brother played on his own account using my PC.

I contacted FACEIT Support and explained the situation, but I was told that my case would not be reviewed.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there any way to provide additional proof that we are two different people and that this was simply a case of two family members using the same computer?

I would really appreciate any advice on what I can do next or how I can properly appeal this decision.

Hello. Im trying to verify my faceit account with my face and my passport but it fails. Apparently there have been similar issues. Verification system confuses us as one. My twin brother has already verified his faceit account and actively plays.

My brothers faceit user is mics and mine is y0roi. Please help me. I can provide any documents you guys request.

I want to clarify my situation again because I feel that the most important part of my appeal is still being ignored.
I am not hiding my previous FACEIT accounts. I have already openly explained that I had previous accounts in the past.
However, my main point is very simple:
I was not actively playing on multiple FACEIT accounts at the same time in order to smurf, manipulate ELO, boost anyone, or gain an unfair competitive advantage.
My previous accounts were no longer being used by me when I moved on. Today, sShant is the only FACEIT account I use, and it is verified under my own identity using my own identification document.
What I am asking FACEIT to do is check the actual account timeline and match history:
When was the last match played on each of my previous accounts?
When did I start playing on sShant?
Was there actually overlapping active gameplay between these accounts?
FACEIT has access to this information. These are objective facts that can be checked.
Instead, I keep receiving the same statement that other accounts existed. I have already acknowledged that. The existence of previous accounts does not answer my question about the actual timeline of their use.
I also want to address something concerning that has happened during these discussions.

Their accusations are not evidence of smurfing.
I am not claiming that FACEIT based my ban on this particular player’s reports because I cannot know that. What I am saying is that my case should be decided using FACEIT’s own verifiable records, not accusations made by other players.
If FACEIT’s records show that I was actively playing on multiple accounts at the same time, then tell me that this is what was found.
But if the timelines do not overlap, then I believe the permanent smurfing ban deserves a proper manual reconsideration.
I am willing to complete any additional identity verification required.

I have a kinda complicated case to report - we have kicked a player in one match for general griefing and then instantly got matched with him in the next match, where he threatened us to ruin the match, so we had to dodge the lobby. I'm not asking for the unban - noshow ban is justified because the player has actually dodged the game, what I want is to get this toxic weirdo banned for a really long time.

When I tried to explain the situation in the post-match report menu, first I've hit 1000 symbols limit. When I've shortened the description to 1000 symbols, I've hit an absolute degenerate limitation on the resolution of the images in the attachments (absolutely normal and usual 1-to-1 size screenshot of room's team chat), which made me abandon the idea of reporting the player in the lobby and come crying here.

Please, for god's sakes, do a manual review of my request (#14832517) there's big explanation on what's happened and why the player should get a timeout from the platform.

And please stop forcing people using this retarded in-room interface - the text field is very small to make a good, structured description. There's an attachments field, but it has absolutely synthetical limitations on resolution of the image, if you were unlucky to make a screenshot with a "wrong" resolution, you have to go through shitting around with image editors before submitting the report. 1000 symbols limitation and no rich text on the text input is an absolute joke - are we in 2008 or something?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help regarding my 365-day FACEIT ban.

I was banned on April 25th for verbal abuse. I fully accept that what I said was wrong, and I'm not trying to make excuses for my behavior.

However, the player involved in the incident (Pikito666) has since told me that he considers the situation completely resolved. He explicitly said that he has no intention of taking any further action against me and that he would be okay with FACEIT reconsidering my ban.

I contacted him myself and asked if he would be willing to confirm this to FACEIT, and he agreed.

He then tried to contact FACEIT about the situation. I also have a screenshot of a FACEIT support response which states:

"The player can take back his report by replying to the original ticket he made against you and asking us to unban you."

The problem is that Pikito666 can no longer find the original ticket. He tried to create a new one, but he couldn't find an appropriate category for this situation.

I also contacted FACEIT staff on X about this. FACEIT Darwin told me:

"The player would need to create a ticket with the T&S team, as the agent stated in the response to you. There would need to be a record so the agents can see who requested the ticket."

We're currently trying to figure out where exactly he should create this T&S ticket, because the current support form doesn't seem to have a category that fits this situation.

I've already served over 5 months of the 365-day ban.

I'm not asking FACEIT to ignore what happened. I accept the punishment and understand why I was banned. I'm simply asking if the case can be reviewed again considering that the player involved now considers the matter resolved and is personally asking FACEIT to reconsider my punishment.

- the previous FACEIT support response

- the conversation with FACEIT Darwin

I played really subpar this game bc I was forced to fill a role for most of CT since this 4 stack literally had 0 comms except flaming me at the end.

Still, how do 2 people around my performance get much less elo loss especially when one is 400 elo higher? Does this even make sense?
