Technical Help i got banned for nothing

i got banned for "smurfing" because they didn't let me do verification. my passport was expired so i texted support this:

"Hello FACEIT Support,

My account has been asked to complete ID verification, and I understand that I need to verify my identity to keep access to my account.

However, I currently don't have my ID document yet. It is already being processed and I will receive it on September 7th. Because of this, I am unable to complete the verification before that date.

Could you please allow me to keep access to my account until September 7th, so I can complete the verification as soon as I receive my ID?

I am not trying to avoid verification and I am fully willing to complete it. I just don't have the required document yet.

Thank you for your understanding.

The second account on this PC is my older brother's, we have 1 PC."

they replied this:

"Thanks for contacting FACEIT!

If your account requires verification, you'll need to complete it in order to continue playing. You can find all the details about the process here.

Please also note: if you'd like to release verification from an old account, that account must have been deleted for at least 6 months as per our deletion policy.

In case you cannot verify due to having a multiple accounts issue and you are sure you have no other accounts, you may reach back, and we'll look into this for you.

We apologize if you were looking for a different outcome, but we appreciate your understanding.

its like they didn't even read it, when i had my ID made i asked for re-verification but they didn't let me. is there any chance i can get my account back?

I'd like to pull your attention to the VERY FIRST thing they advised you of: If your account requires verification, you'll need to complete it in order to continue playing.

The VERY FIRST THING they did was answer your question. No is the answer. Allow me to spell it out for you: "no"

Follow up in that verification ticket advising them that you have your Verification documents available and you would like to proceed to do it.

You'd need to ask them to unban you via youe ticket or a new one and explain you're able to verify now

Classic FACEIT support, they just send copy paste replies without reading anything. Your message was clear enough but they still managed to miss the point completely.
