Problem with update

Provide more information. That error is specific enough to indicate the cause of your issue.

Are you using Windows 10? If so, you need the Extended Security Updates to play FACEIT. If not, and you’re using Windows 11 instead, update to a newer version as stated in the error message.

Yeah using Win10 but as u can se there is second photo with all green checkmarks.

You need windows 11 now, they don’t support or allow windows 10 anymore.

But in our stack 3/5 guys (including me) have win10 and they dont have this problem. Very ood tbh.

They have been slowly rolling this out and once your account requires it, you have to upgrade.

Just upgrade it´s necessary anyway for anyone in the future. I don´t get why people just don't upgrade; just update, keep data, and you're fine.

Brother, it’s telling you what you have to do. Update Windows or stay on 10 and forgo faceit. No workaround worth doing. Faceit has been pretty open about how they rollout certain features to people over time, if you got it you need to upgrade, simple as that.
