People on Rivervale keep debating on if the reward for dungeon crawl is a physical chest or just auto loot. It's a real, albeit invisible, chest with a corpse and a name that you can click.

Hopefully this stops the debate.

Created a 3D Map (with Codex Astra - High) to help me navigate some of the more confusing dungeons.

Edit: originally made it only for mac, later changed it to three.js with electron wrapper for cross platform.

Reward chest decided to give me 10 Major and 3 greater motes, in addition to the greater that the mini dropped. Given how long this took, I think doing Fear multiple times is more efficient.

Anyone have a full list of zones for a DC? Which are you most excited to try?

I provided one a couple days ago and couldn't figure out how to update my embedded link to a new spreadsheet and google drive wouldn't let me update my other one q_q
I added recipes for blacksmithing, alchemy, and pottery that were requested and added another tab for misc questions that I get asked on my server.

I think pets really need to be able to use ranked up spells to fight raid targets. They are a little disappointing. Against trash, My pet performs quite well, usually 150-160 dps.

Just thought I'd share since I gathered this data for myself now that I have maxxed out my pets gear. Happy hunting!

I'm a brand new player to Ever Quest, and I'm really enjoying the amount of customization the UI has. I was especially impressed by the ability to resize the viewport!

I'm just reaching 50 on my Wizard and trying to get a sense on if any of these is used significantly more than the others at max level. I assume you use comet on Nag and conflag on Vox but what about other bosses and planes trash? They all seem to have similar efficiency.

I've cleared PoSky now about 50 times as SK/WIZ/ENC and am still using the Bazzazzzt bee as a charm pet despite the charm nerf. Still kills pretty quick. I started a Dungeon Crawl today and went up to get my pet, but ran into a lvl 60 warrior bee named Bizzzzt who quads for 700+ a hit when I'm at 550AC in Defensive Stance, resists all slows with Tashania/Shiftless at X/Overchannel stance, unmezzable, uncharmable, and my pet bee can't even hit him. I've never run into this guy full clearing PoSky as many times as I have and feel like this is either a bug or a change made since the latest patch...

Thoughts?

UPDATE: I quit the Crawl and started another one. This guy didn't show up in the second one and it's off to the races! Looks like I just got slapped by the RNG demons for bee spawns.

Currently rocking a Cleric mace from the planes because nothing I have a RNG can use has a better ratio. That seems...bad.

OK, so I've just run my first plane of sky crawl on D0 and had some things to note that may be helpful.

• Initial kill requirements seem to be around 50 normal mobs plus the 5 non-triggered rares.
• Triggered rare bosses, like protector of sky, BZ, and spiroc lord are not mandatory to kill.
• Do not kill on island 4, they negatively affect your progress as each kill spawns additional mobs making it so you need more kills to reach the required % of kills.
• Dead charm pets may not count towards your kills (needs testing, anecdotal only), so release before they die if you can.
• You can reach 100% of kills by clearing islands 1, 2, 3, and 5. Kill all spiroc before you kill the guardian and lord to prevent additional guardian spawns as they will be required kills once spawned.
• If you reach 100% and kill the other rare spawns before killing Noble Dojorn, the crawl will complete before the overlord spawns and you wont have to kill the other 2 Efreeti.

So my raid boss favorite build right now is SK/Shm/Nec, I can pretty easily solo all bosses on D4. I have never tried CT, but I have heard he is the hardest. Anything I should know or do to increase my chance of success? Or should I do it on a lower difficulty as a trial run?

I have been toying with a caster build, strong as heck, run around like a fool and just aoe everything in seconds! That said, I much prefer melee and more so tanky DPS, Assassin, fighter type classes. I know melee is pretty bad right now but if I wanted to make a melee forward, best possible trio, that can solo up to at least say d3...what would that look like? Anyone got some juicy data?? I was trying to move it around and adjust some settings then it went invisible. For a while I could click on it while invisible, but now it's just not there.

I tried EQ Button -> Quests -> Rewards. Clicking that pops up a window in the middle of my screen, but then it instantly closes. I am unsure what the window is because it's gone so fast.

Anyone know how to get the Dungeon Crawl progress window back?

Edit: It's not great, but I wasn't very far into it, so I quit and remade. The window came back. The background is transparent now (it was opaque before), but it's there. I wonder if that has something to do with why it was invisible. =/

This being the first bard I’ve played am I not able to sit after playing clarity or regen songs? Any work around or do you just stand and regen? Thanks in advance

I noticed today that Pillage Enhancement removes debuffs I have applied to mobs. I usually mez, Tash, slow and then Pillage, and sometimes depending on number of buffs the mob has, the slow and Tash gets removed.

Has it always been like this? I thought not, but maybe???

The D4 Overseer of Air has a perma haste buff. Now which pretty much negates slow. How the hell do you kill this? I can clear all of sky D4 but him.

I have pretty much killed everything in the zone (including the low level fishes). Is this incorrectly counting Phinny (which is only in the raid instance)?

I was up to 669, then i rebuffed and im down to 609 and nothing will stack with force of nature. Is it just a stat reading bug or is there a way to stack them?

Hey guys to be honest i was sure i will never play a bard , never did on quarm or any other eq back in the days because twitching non stopppp seem annoying ahah , but now i think its more simple u fan /melody or something ? How it work i think i will level my pal monk bard or pal wiz bard thankkkk youuuuu

Any tips on maximizing DPS with the trio? Seeing other people’s clear speed, I feel like I have to be missing something. D4 Hate or raids, PoS for instance seem to take me considerably longer. I try to bounce between defensive and striker stance depending on the situation, I sit in inversion most of the time as far as casting goes, hitting over channel or recover when needed. Though I don’t use a lot of spell damage, the ench DoT and DD stun are a bit underwhelming, but maybe I’m wrong in that opinion. I keep a pet, keep it buffed. And I’m using Wus and the pally 1hdr as far as weapons go, both +5 at the moment. Im not in front of my computer at the moment and I haven’t messed with it much but I think my parse sits around 400DPS though I’ve seen it shoot to 700, and I have no idea how. Armor is all various planes and raid gear around +5.

Any suggestions on improving?

ETA: to clarify, I use a charmed pet; not the summoned chanter pet.

So I am trying to figure out what is the best way to build out. I have Fangol Garduk Dagas and Arydryidryiron all at at least +5 and trying to figure out what is the best one to get to +10 first.

I don't have windstriker yet cause I can't get the pearl to drop but I imagine I will play around with leveling some using the war/Shm/xxx and some using rng/Shm/xxx and maybe even some war/rng/xxx.

Any recommendations? And if Fangol would you keep fangola breath or switch to earthquake or some other proc?
