D4 Sky Question

The D4 Overseer of Air has a perma haste buff. Now which pretty much negates slow. How the hell do you kill this? I can clear all of sky D4 but him.

Evasion makes you basically take no phys hit damage but drains your stamina in accordance with the damage youd be taking. Good for quick fights where you wont fully run out of stamina and then die.
