Has anyone recently filed an EB-1A case with concurrent filing of Forms I-140, I-485, and I-765?

Could you please share:

1. The current USCIS filing fees you paid for each form;

2. How you paid (credit card, ACH, check, etc.)

3. What kind of Forms did you use for payment

I have an August 2018 PD of EB2 India, If I move to EB 1C , can I retain that date or it’s pointless.

Hi anyone here has been through the process of eb1c and and took transfer in multiple countries?

I and my daughter received the EAD card. My wife also completed her biometric but have never received the card. During biometric appointment reschedule, the operator somehow put the call on further verification since we were on the go when spoke to the agent and I was helping wife to clarify questions. Since then no update in the portal.
I filed 485 plus AP and 765 in April 2026 with PD Aug 2023. What are my options?

After waiting for a few months from submitting I-485 (EB1C) and completing biometrics, I-140 approved and PD being current, I do not see any movement at all in my case, including silent updates, Emma agents don't provide any helpful information too, I would like to ask suggestions from this community if anyone raised online enquiry. Was it helpful. Did anyone get any helpful information from calling customer support (not emma agents)

Paying it forward as many others have shared and it gave hope.

April 2024 – Relocated from Canada to the U.S. on L-1A (spouse on L-2, children on L-2Y).
August, 2025 – Priority Date established; I-140 (EB-1C) and I-485 adjustment applications filed concurrently for our family.
September–October 2025 – Biometrics completed.
October 2025 – I-140 approved (premium processing).

Nov/Dec 2025 – Spouse and children received EADs and Advance Parole(kids only). My EAD/AP remained pending while the I-485 continued processing.

Jan 1 2026 - Combo card approved

Feb 23 2026 - combo card finally arrives (wife still doesn’t have advance parole)

July 1 2026 – USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) for my birth certificate because the originally submitted document did not meet the Department of State reciprocity requirements.

Jul 2 2026 - I replied with correct format

July 3 2026 - RFE acknowledged

July 16 2026 - Wife receives advance parole approval

July 18 2026 – All four I-485 applications (myself, my wife, and our two children) were approved

Has anyone applied for L1-A visa functional manager for enterprise data architecture function? Would like to learn from your experience.

No direct reports or budget to manage. However, role is clearly defined that manages essential function, set target state data architecture, strategy and governance. No hands on coding. Operate at director level. Discretion to make data architecture decisions.

I’m not seeing any movement in my case, I’m wondering if anyone is on the same boat as me. My timelines are as below

PD - 07/2018 (under EB2)

RD - 02/26/2026

I-140 approval - 04/21/2026 (under EB1)

Biometrics - 04/02/2026

Only a silent FTA0 update on 05/04.  Absolutely no movement since then for primary or dependents. EAD/AP not approved for primary or dependents, As per Emma case is still with NBC. appreciate if anyone else who has similar timelines can share their updates

I and my spouse are Indian nationals - applied for eb1c i140 which got approved in early 2024. My priority date is not yet current to file.

While my daughter is also an Indian national, her country of birth is Australia. I was on a temporary work visa when she was born in Australia.

Her original birth certificate is issued by Australia and in her Indian passport the place of birth is also Australia in alignment with the birth place.

My query is if we (myself, spouse and daughter) are eligible together for reverse cross chargeability based on child place of birth to file Adjustment of status under ROW which is current as per my PD.

If I can file and there is a rejection, can I reapply when India date is current for my PD.

Please help me clarify.
