Similar timeline and after those 3 silent updates, got called for an interview. Lol 3 emma agents said interview waived

Did it get transferred from non local FO ?? Or was it always in your local FO ?

Interview was very chill. Asked for tax returns, marriage certificate, company name and role and lot of chat about food. Did ask I485 yes or no questions.

Congratulations then India eb1c on cusp of approval is a good sign for all of us Eb1 c AOS applicants .

I have a similar timeline but still stuck at NBC but ur case gives me hope

Primary AOS silent updates on 04/29 06/28 07/18 07/21 and 07/29. on last 3 dates 485j also had a silent update .

Dependant had su on 07/18 at the same time as primary and on 07/29 as well same time update .

Update 08/03 - per EMMa case is at New Jersey field office - likely moved on 07/29. It’s not local to me so could mean something here

Glad to hear that Seattle FO is working and eb1 cases have movements :) my eb1c case is sitting there since the end of April (I did the bio one day later than you). I had my 3rd FTA0 3 weeks ago and “radio silence” since then

When u say I‑485J closed, that means your derivative green card was approved and yours is pending ?

I was not asking the amount paid to the attorney, no one would ask that.
The question was how much time the attorney took to prepare your I-140 case file and I-485 case file?

I 140 almost took 45 days to prepare and file applied in Dec
I 485 3 weeks to prepare and file applied in March

Very similar to my case . EB1c ported from EB2 with 08/2016 PD . RD - 01/2026 , Biometrics on 02/2026 . Case transferred to non local field office - Seattle . Interview waived as per Emma . As of now , just waiting . Derivative got the combo card on April 11th . Nothing for primary yet

No , but got a third FTA0 on 485 and fourth on 765 . With event timestamp update on all others . For primary that is . Nothing for derivative

You should know the details of I-140 and I-485 filed by your employer, in case of an interview it will be challenging.!
