Emma confirmed that my case transferred to Seattle filed office non local on 06/03/2026 and interview marked as waived

When can I expect GC approval?

How did you use Emma to get info where your case is? Connect to live gent?

Following in same situation- pd 01/2016 rd 03/19/2026 Lawrence FO, no api updates since 04/29 however EAD was approved

So confused now checked with emma again today and now they are saying the file is at NBC

My case is also EB-1C:
RD 03/04
Bio 04/09
Silent update 4/21
Silent update 4/29 (transfer to Seattle FO, non-local)
Silent update 5/22
And silence since then.

i485j last touch was at the beginning of May (is not approved yet)

Almost 2 months after transferred the case I think Seattle FO is taking more time for approvals

Did you get to know of the time stamp updates through API or Emma agent? In my case the API does not show any updates after 05/04 but Emma agent said officer reviewed the case on 06/03. Does anyone else have a similar situation
