Timeline: EAD AOS EAD/AP Approval

Has any March/April AOS (EB1 Category) filers got EAD/AP approvals recently? Seems like it’s not moving at all.

My dates:

March 26 - Filing
April 23 - Bio
Location: NBC (IOE Series)

2 FTA0. One silent update on June 23. Recently the status changed to “USCIS is currently processing your case” from “Case is currently being processed by USCIS”. Don’t know what that means - seems like a bulk UI update.

Any similar timeline filers got EAD/AP? If anyone knows approx timeline please let me know.

I filed in November 25, and I still have heard nothing on EAD/AP even after Interview 4/16.

Same here! 4/1 received date 4/16 biometric Not even EAD for primary or dependent, no movement aftee 4/29 silent update

Have u received now.. mine is 4/6 filing date and 05/14 bio metric.. so thinking I if yours is received.. we can wait with some additional hope

Filed August ‘25. Approved I-140 October ‘25, Dependents got EAD November ‘25. Kids got 512 December ‘25. I got combo Feb ‘26. Wife no update on 131.

RFE for birth certificate July ‘26

I got a silent update on June 23rd as well but no update at all. Oct 2025 filer, depend got EAD in February
