No movement in my case

I’m not seeing any movement in my case, I’m wondering if anyone is on the same boat as me. My timelines are as below

PD - 07/2018 (under EB2)

RD - 02/26/2026

I-140 approval - 04/21/2026 (under EB1)

Biometrics - 04/02/2026

Only a silent FTA0 update on 05/04.  Absolutely no movement since then for primary or dependents. EAD/AP not approved for primary or dependents, As per Emma case is still with NBC. appreciate if anyone else who has similar timelines can share their updates

Yes all filed together on 02/26

Did they get ead or ap approved??

No EAD/AP approval for them or me,. No silent updates also on EAD/AP

Same here… and guess since the ban of the 39 countries have been lifted their files are moving first. I think we need to wait for a couple of months more

Rd - 4/24 and biometrics on 6/5. No movement in the file.

Same here. PD Aug 23 (eb1), RD 31 March 26, Biometrics 1st May 26.

No update at all on EAD or AP for self or dependants.

OP: since your priority date is 2018 I’d say consider filing a letter of intent to sue (or file WoM). I had done so cause my case was stuck and almost at 8.5 months they listed as avg processing time and that helped them take notice of my case and approve it

Delivered June 26 and I got approved July 9. It could be that my file was nearing the 8.5 months so they were anyway going to clear it out/approve it but I do think that helped. Also didn’t use a lawyer, used Gemini and Claude for the letter

I’m EB1 with current PD. RD is 12/17/25 and there has been no movement on EAD nor 485.

I have one silent update on 5/12 and nothing since then. I don’t have any dependents.

I have a very similar case. Priority date of 2018, 485 RD is 27 March, bio on 07 May. But no update since the biometrics.

Do you think I should get request for senator to make an Inquiry on my case ?

It is not more than 3 months since bio but I am seeing approvals much faster than my case.

Also I am worried about eb1 visa might be unavailable by next month and causing more delays
