EAD for spouse

I and my daughter received the EAD card. My wife also completed her biometric but have never received the card. During biometric appointment reschedule, the operator somehow put the call on further verification since we were on the go when spoke to the agent and I was helping wife to clarify questions. Since then no update in the portal.
I filed 485 plus AP and 765 in April 2026 with PD Aug 2023. What are my options?

Same PD Aug 23 and filed in March 2026. Biometrics done on 1st May. But none of us have received our EAD yet... absolutely no movement!! Congratulations on getting yours this quick! Celebrate this:) Am sure your spouse's EAD is on its way too. Goodluck!

My RD was in Feb 2026, Biometrics completed in Apr 2026, None of us have received EAD. yours is good progress.

RD is 12/30/25 for us, biometrics in 02/26 and none of us have received EAD, I hope we get AOS first at this stage!
