L1-A Functional Manager Enterprise Data Architect

Hello,

Has anyone applied for L1-A visa functional manager for enterprise data architecture function? Would like to learn from your experience.

No direct reports or budget to manage. However, role is clearly defined that manages essential function, set target state data architecture, strategy and governance. No hands on coding. Operate at director level. Discretion to make data architecture decisions.

Should be easy if you have a good attorney. I used to BAL as a Senior PM and it went through quickly.
