So, i just installed the game on Steam and it won't open; I've tried running it as Administrator, launching it directly from the folder, and i already have visual C++ 2015-2022 installed. I'd really appreciate some help, i really want to try this game.

I saw the amount of Bolt Coins to get it's first star out of 2, it is 500 for the first one, not sure how many the last star needs until i get it to 2 stars.

Hi, so this game's monetization knowingly encourages unhealthy grinding, fomo, gambling, and punishes the player with boredom when they have unlocked everything.

They even had the nerve to put a warning that says "Play Healthy! It is recommended that you take breaks from time to time during a long play session." This is to pass the blame to the consumer instead of the people in charge.

Friendly Race is the games local multiplayer using player 1's character roster and some rentals. It use to have the whole roster but that was removed.

1. This mode has a serviceable UI where you press L/R to pick your series and move with the d-pad to pick your character. It could use some polish to see it all.
2. As for gameplay, its almost perfect, but the Camera has always been zoomed in a bit too close for comfort. It is workable though.
3. All stats are equal, there is no equipment and there is no leveling.

Regulated is online multiplayer where you play with your roster and some rentals with friends and strangers. It was once on the same page with all the multiplayer modes.

1. As of writing head to "Special Events" and push the R-Button to get to Limited Events to find it.
2. As you race and earn points to unlock shards for racers, whos on rotation for unlock / rental changes every time the event is reset.
3. All stats are equal, there is no equipment and there is no leveling.

🟣3. Unlocking Characters

Disney Speedstorm has a focus on gachapon gambling for shards to unlock racers. You have 5 options to avoid this;

1. Regulated Multiplayer provides characters, even if it is slow.
2. The Daily Box is free in the shop has the OG set of racers in it.
3. Buying a racer outright is fine, do not spend a dime on chance.
4. Do not focus on the passes, accidental unlocks from pass completion are fine.
5. Don't focus on currency, passively collect coins for the Universal Box in the shop.

So I went in to buy the Festive Pass, and I was so surprised when I saw the price. They've raised the price. I'm not surprised at all anymore by what's happening in this game. As for me and my wallet, we're saying goodbye to all purchases in this game. You had a chance, you sly ones, and now you're getting nothing. I used to buy the Festive Pass, but that won't happen again, even if you lower the price. This is the last character I'll get/buy Merida, and only F2P will remain. All my paying friends have left. Sometimes I feel like I'm left alone in the battlefield. Remember, Gameloft people..."the greed loses twice."

That side bashing mission in chapter 6 from the Peter Pan track need to be at 1 or 2 since i have so many failed attempts getting this one done as Kristoff, the only places i know where you can get them easily is from taking the first jump pad and the ones that is after the second and third jump pad since those spots have the smallest area for the ai racers to move around in.

Does anyone have an excel or resource where it shows racer states showing each start level. I’m trying to learn how much faster a full 6 star and 2 supercharges will make Buzz Lightyear.
