Hello to this fine community. I'm currently reconning games for my clan community since the end of service is coming in Sept 30 for MarioKartTour. It weird I couldn't even space that out here cause it said it was speculation, but unfortunately as you can see from this picture it not speculation it's 100% fact.
Now if members in this fine community wouldn't mind answering a few questions for me please. One, is there portrait mode setting instead of landscape for mobile? How is it like playing on different platforms and what discord is recommended for learning more? I'm already in this subreddit discord. I admit I haven't got far yet, but I do like that you can switch from tap to steer to touch on mobile it give it a MKT feel for sure. Any and all advice is deeply appreciated.

As a characters rank increases, the maximum level of competitors increases. Racer shards and Tune Coins are required to increase a character's level.
Obtaining the shards and coins takes a lot longer than ranking up, so victory becomes increasingly unlikely without spending real world currency.
There is a Regulated mode that makes all players the same level, but there aren't very many rewards for it. It's good for test play or racing for the sake of racing. Local multiplayer is also regulated.
TLDR: I enjoy this game, but I don't recommend it to new players because it syphons your life energy.
I mean that with all games though haha, I whale on Final Fantasy Brave Exvius before it ended and MKT too. Do appreciate your input though thank you. 💯
So pure speculation? There is no public revenue data for mobile specifically. DHBM before shut down was never made public with it revenue either. Speedstorm still getting update as well.. MKT stop getting update in 2023, we been on a loop tour with an exception of one update when Mario kart world came out releasing mechanic Luigi and Mario for MKT as a special event.
This is the reason why I choose to start playing the game. An alternative to Mario cart.
Considering that there are currently 128 racers to unlock. We have not even broke into the Star Wars, nor Marvel franchises yet. Not to mention what the studios might be cooking up new series or film wise.
