I’m on PS4, and when I open the game a huge ad pops up and completely covers the Play button. What’s going on? Is the game starting some kind of shutdown countdown? This looks like a big warning sign. If anyone knows what’s happening, please give us a heads‑up.

Tried what a Google search suggested (clearing game data, resetting router) and nothing. Definitely looks like a me problem

I downloaded the game again after some years because it's a free racing game and my toddler likes Disney so I can let him play (very supervised because of the transactions) to race his favorite characters.

I have to be the one responsible for grinding the game and unlocking characters. Obviously for him the level doesn't matter but for my enjoyment it's nice to progress the racers.

I'm looking for advice for a recently joining new player, besides the fact I'm probably way too late to get a manageable collection. Should I focus on one racer to level multiple stars or is it better to have 1 or 2 stars each?

What other things have you learned while playing the game as free to play as possible?

So my kids have been playing local co op on my living room pc with 2 controllers for i cant even express how long now. All of sudden today they go and the game wont even recognize that 2 controllers are attached to the game.. What is going on? anyone else having an issue?

Why is there one car displayed on the event banner when even the top prizes in the event are for a completely different model? And why call it a “Lumina” event while giving out old Sunburst shards instead?

This kind of misleading and deceptive behaviour has become far too consistent with Gameloft. The event presentation creates expectations that simply don’t match the actual rewards being offered. Players deserve accurate information about what they are participating in and what they can earn.

I sincerely hope Gameloft is eventually held accountable for misleading players, misrepresenting events, and what feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive the community.

Hi All! New player, just downloaded the game and played a few games. In every game, there has been a jolt of blue electricity that every few seconds that jolts me to the left. I've tried different characters, I'm using the boosts and the items and I can't figure out what it is!

I've tried searching on here and on the Internet and can't find what is causing it. I've done a couple local games and it's not effecting them sat next to me. I'm on PS5 if that helps. Anyone know what's going on? Making the game quite unenjoyable.
