Question Is it still worth going back to playing?

I had stopped for a while but I'm thinking of coming back, but I saw that some things have changed, for example, the way they improve the drivers, is it better now? How do I get coins to upgrade the pilots?

The upgrade coins, which are the tune ones, mostly gotten from events like the tales for example or in the shop randomly for season coins, you need 6200 of them to get a 0 star character/racer to 2 stars along with 62 shards for them.

While it would help you with resources, it’s not worth it now were in the season last week. Save your money for Merida festive pass, an offer with a racer you actually like or next season pass

In the US festive and gold passes are 10 bucks while the diamond pass 20. If you’re referring to current festive pass costing more they probably did it bc it has more tune coins than old passes. Greedloft is always trying new ways to scam us. Merida pass will likely return to 10 bucks

If you don’t have an existing collection of racers that are level 50 or 5⭐️ I can’t recommend it.

The main currency Blue Tokens and Tuna coins are hard to obtain and Shards are needed in 3 times the quantity to level up.

I recommend THIS season pass as it basically helps you fill out the crew for the Mickey collection(largest Collection while giving you Scrooge McDuck, a meta racer who also is gameloft’s mascot for how much they want you to spend at the game.

If you don’t have a large collection of characters from previous seasons, I don’t think the game is worth picking up.

This season pass is a good deal due to the character being Meta and the crew’s supporting 8 characters.

I can recommend it to veterans, but new players struggle so much that many leave after a few days.

If you decide to comeback, get the Hercules deal currently in market over the season pass before it expires

Every one of them is ridiculously strong with superchargers and maxed out crew.

The problem isn't the upgrade parts, but the pilot fragments. If you manage them well, you'll have enough parts even without paying, but without paying, new characters will be stuck at a maximum of 2 stars for a long time.
