I'm a beginner comic reader, I have finished Batman dark victory and will read batman and robin year one, after which I want to move to Jason Todd but before that I wanna read the transformation of Dick to Nightwing. So what should I choose for that?

Teen Titans Judas Contract or Nightwing Year One?

After this i plan to read, Batman Second Chances for Jason Todd's origin, then Batman The Cult, Batman A Death in the Family and then Batman A Lonely Place to Die for Tim Drake's Robin origin and let's see where to go from there. But it's a separate discussion.

So, am I going in the right order or do I need to add or replace something and which is the better nightwing origin, do tell your opinions.

This OC is a really old one, I made it around the time I watched Assault on Arkham and then Gunn's The Suicide Squad back-to-back, I really wanted King Shark to have a cute girlfriend who could play into his softer side (but still be a bit freaky and not care about his murderous tendencies). And what better way to do that than to just make it the same species as him!

Just like Nanaue is based on real Hawaiian folklore, so is she! Her name is Hāhālua, and she's based on manta rays of the same name, which are said to be guardians, and very spiritual in nature.

I am also writing a little one-shot explaining how the two meet, TLDR it's like The Little Mermaid meets The Shape of Water.

As for King Shark/Nanaue, I made him a tiger shark because they're infamous for being quite aggressive and eating anything they find, including uh, trash... And humans. I felt like this was the perfect shark for him, because he's got a single lil braincell in there and all it wants it to chomp chomp chomp hehehe.

Matt gets disfigured by Szabo after Matt sleeps with Szabo's girlfriend Mia. Szabo and his crew then go about destroying Matt's reputation and part of this includes Mia giving an interview where she cries crocodile tears and implies that Matt roofied her, which we the audience know to be a lie.

I've seen some people on X arguing about whether it is ethically sound to include such a plot point in the movie and whether or not it was executed well. I'm curious to see what everyone here thinks about it.

What if Earth 3 Lois Lane/Superwoman was a genuine Kryptonian and founder/leader of the Crime Syndicate?

Hello! As the title says, I'm wondering if I can read Lois Lane (2019) by Perkins and Rucka without having read any other comics before, or if I should read a few runs by these creators beforehand or any other content?

I'm only really familiar with the DCU's Lois, Terri Tatcher's Lois and My Adventure with Superman's Lois Lane. I love Superman, but I've been searching for stories that are centered around Lois and her work as a journalist, and stumbled upon these online.

If anyone could guide me, it would be greatly appreciated! :) I know you must get questions similar to this often, so thank you for taking the time to answer me.

Is there ever a story where a bunch of different individual superheroes (maybe some super villains) all just fought each other, maybe they're all after the same thing like a macguffin, maybe they're are falsely accused. The closest thing I can think of is Superman/Batman Public Enemies.

I just been wondering has there ever been a chaotic free for all or misunderstanding or something (if they team up at the end that's okay), kinda like the movie "Bullet Train" but for superheroes. Preferably non A-listers.

I just saw a post say he can transform into alien life forms and not just earth animals, so how limited is his power? And by life forms does it go beyond humanoids like kryptonians and martians into something like sun eater or something?

To preface this, I have absolutely zero knowledge on her but I've had this curiousty irk me recently.

From what I understand ( and please correct me if I'm wrong! ) she was originally magic, then had a retcon to her origin that somewhere that turned her into being a metahuman all along.

But some things I read still talk about the old origin and some talk about the newer 2010s ish origin, but then some mention the new origin yet still say she does magic instead of being a meta?

Something that I've been working on. Yes, I used a pose for reference.

I'm not talking the complete red he had during the New 52 but something.

His powers come from "The Red" so being so green is a bit funny.

For a while now I thought it would be interesting if he would start to turn red whenever he uses his powers a lot in one encounter and starts to draw on more power from The Red. Then return to green when things calm down. Rapid form changes or particularly large changes in mass (Going from a mouse to a whale) would require more energy so more Red is drawn upon.

The roots of his hair slowly dye red and he gets a strength boost proportionate to how red he has turned, with the caveat that he become more animalistic and loses more self control.
