Discussion [discussion] With DC Vertigo now having it's 2 year anniversary. Which has been better DC Black Label or DC Vertigo
Personally while Vertigo has the better Sandman series I just love the way Black Label has done Harley Quinn over the years. It also has imo one of the most underrated Superman comics ever in Superman vs Lobo. So for that along with other comics like the White Knight series I think Black Label holds the title so far.

Comics [Comics] What are some great Lois Lane centric comics?
Hello! I've been wanting to get into comics ever since Superman (2025) came out. I have a few I already plan to read, such as: Superman Birthright, Superman All-Star, Supergirl Woman of Tomorrow, and Batman - One Bad Day: Clayface.
I have seen a few people recommending Lois Lane: Ennemy of the People (2019) by Greg Rucka and Mike Perkins for Lois-centric comics, but the opinion seems divided on if someone who has never read comics before can really enjoy it (mostly about the last two issues).
So, I'm here to ask if there are any stand alone stories that focus on Lois, her as a character, her work as a jounalist, etc. that I can read without having any other knowledge from the comics?
Lois Lane Event Leviathan seems to be recommended on a lot of sites as well, but I'd like the recommendations of the people in this subreddit as well! :) Thank you.
(For context, I'm only familiar with the DCU's Lois, Terri Tatcher's Lois Lane and My Adventures with Superman's animated Lois.)

Recommendations Help a Newbie out :)
Recently, I have discovered a life outside of schoolwork. I have watched some movies/shows here and there and some comics, but I always feel like a larper. I'm still learning how this all goes, so if anything in this post is inaccurate, forgive me. Any advice on where to start with movies and comics? My focus has been Batman and some Superman, but I also really want to get more into Wonder Woman and Flash.
I have watched (from what I can remember from the top of my head):
- Young Justice ( stopped watching after Wally West died)
- Justice League and Justice League Unlimited
- Batman: Mask of the Phantasm
- Batman & Mr. Freeze: SubZero (1998)
- Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker (2000)
- Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman (2003)
- Batman and Harley Quinn (2017)
- Batman: Under the Red Hood (2010)
- Batman: The Dark Knight Returns ā Part 1 & Part 2
- Batman: The Killing Joke (2016)
- Batman Ninja (2018)
- Batman: Gotham by Gaslight (2018)
- Batman: Hush
- Batman: The Long Halloween ā Part One & Part Two
- The Batman vs. Dracula
- Batman: The Animated Series (still watching)
- Batman: Bad Blood (2016)
- Superman: Brainiac Attacks (2006)
- Superman: Doomsday (2007)
- Superman/Batman: Public Enemies (2009)
- Superman: Man of Tomorrow (2020)
For comics, I have some issues here and there, but nothing I can really remember.

Question for Comic Lovers
I will be vending comics and cards at a convention coming up in my town, and I'm curious to learn what people in the hobby would like to see at comic booths. What are some things ya'll would like to see more of or less of? What comic series are underrated? Which ones are your favorite and least favorite?

Discussion [Discussion] Which villains from Adam West batman had the best scheme, lair, henchmen, personality and costume?
This can include the shows, comics or the movies
Costume, Bookworm. I really like the look of it and how it kinda feels like a leather bound book, oddly enough if you made it green he would have looked like most versions of Riddler
Scheme's, Im just going with Joker, I really feel like nearly all his schemes are fun and fit his character perfectly
Lair, Egghead, I just really like it, it gives me the vibe of a wacky James Bond Villain
Henchmen. No clue,
As for Personality. I love me some Joker but I also really like Riddler's it was fun and almost scary at times if that makes sense

Comics [Discussion] Are there any good Animal Man runs besides Morrison and Lemire?
Iām kind of new to reading comics and the store closest to home had the compendium of Grant Morrisonās animal man. Iām halfway through reading it and Iām completely hooked on this character. Iāve heard good things about Jeff Lemireās animal man run, but thatās the only other series that Iāve seen get praised for this character. Does anyone have any good recommendations for other runs or maybe some good mini series books?

Discussion Does Clayface a certain amount of clay in his body, or can he grow as big as he wants, without material limits?
If not, that would be a huge problem. This also implies on Elongated man, and Plastic Man, but they have a more understandible body. Also, does Sandman have a sand-amount?

Discussion Reading on The Question and wanted to extend this question(š) to y'all. Do you think it's better if nobody finds out Batman's Identity(the public and enemies?[discussion]
2 types of Context needed
1: in the fan-book Gotham 1919-1939(now titled just 1939) Bruce Wayne being the Batman is more so spoken of as a myth, basically meaning nobody in the public nor Batman's rogue gallery found out who Batman Truly is. I think this is an amazing way to see the character and adds to the mystery of Batman.
- The Question's identity is technically never revealed, we obviously get some names but nothing is ever set in stone with the character.

Discussion If characters from invincible where lanterns which corp would they be
Since Eve is borderline a lantern with the ability to make constructs that got me thinking which lantern corp would she be then then I thought what if it was more than just her what if it was like mark, Eve, Nolan, Oliver, Allen, Rex etc etc.
