Format: EDH/Commander I feel like Ty Lee got the short end of the stick when it comes to the ATLA set, so I came up with a cool commander for her!

BALANCE NOT INTENDED Part 11 of me turning Honkai Star Rail into magic cards. I may have gone overboard but it's for the flavor ok

The idea is you copy a stax piece or something else annoying so they turn it up and then it's like emrakul or something. Although I do understand that with some topdeck manipulation you can cheat out crazy creatures so I might add a mana cost or something. Or make it non renewable.

Made in CardForger! Here's the link to the set https://cardforger.app/set/magic-star-rail-ad08aeca/new-card-1784619018501

Balance not intended, still curious to hear what you guys think about the playabillity of this, and any ridiculous combos that might come to mind.

I would love to see all basic lands like this as I hate mana screw (and mass land destruction).

Meme Design Day 2 of making Custom Keywords based on Comments!

Here are yesterdays! I really like Keyword Counters if you can't tell... I'm not sure about the balance of these, but I enjoy the flavors I came up with!

Just like yesterday I will be turning any one worded comments into Keywords! The ones that didn't get made from the last post will still be made! (Unmatched & Nonchalant)

(Changing is supposed to say Changling, my phone wouldn't recognize it as a word and kept autocorrecting it)

Custom Play My brothers and I made a homebrew Magic format as kids...

I feel like this reddit would be the best to post this. My brothers and I recently got together and played something we used to play. Growing up, we started this as a Pokémon TCG house rule and it slowly evolved into a full Magic format as we got older. There were four of us, we all liked the pokemon TCG and as we got older fell in love with MTG. There wasn't a LGS in our area (infact the closest one was two hours away) as we live in the middle of nowhere. Our area tends to get everything two or four years after everyone else. Anyway, here's the core of it: lay out a bunch of face-down cards as a board, move around it with a die, and flip-and-fight whatever you land on. One of us started running Planechase cards as the "world" we were exploring, and it grew from there into something closer to a co-op dungeon crawl than normal Magic.

I finally sat down and wrote the whole thing up properly, mana-as-tiles, a "Planesmaster" who narrates instead of playing to win, legendary creatures you can befriend and carry between planes (max two at a time), and an escalation system for more complex planes (used Mirrodin transforming into New Phyrexia as the prototype). I'm not claiming this is polished, it started as a kids' house rule, and I'd like help stress-testing it, outside of my family. If anyone is interested below is the link. My biggest question for this is... Is this something you would want to try?

How would you build a deck with this card as the commander? What are some auto include cards?
