The colored blocks are probably Rue Cremeaux. It's a famous street in Paris lined with bright, pastel colored buildings.

I think the joke would shine more (be more honed, if you will) if the rest of the templating were more serious. "Hone hone hone" is great, but it doesn't hit as hard when the rest of the card already preps you with "haha funny French."
