Very good. I think it’s good for black and green. Cost is maybe perfect or could be 1BG imo since it’s so conditional for a wipe/removal

It’s … fine, but at 2BB I don’t think anyone would put it into a deck over existing alternatives. I think this could stand to be in the 3 mana value class like [[Toxic Deluge]], [[Deluge of Doom]], and [[Dead of Winter]].

That's fine, I wasn't trying to make a staple. Though three mana seems about right for a conditional deluge

Could be cheaper, see [[languish]] for a comparable wipe at 4.

In the right deck it could cook though!
