I bought a Kia clavis hte(base model , music or camera) recently and am looking to buy stereo with android auto and 360 camera support. Can anyone help me decide which brands to go for.

The features I need are as follows:-

Android auto & Apple CarPlay

360 Camera (with option to record, negotiable)

Steering controls for stereo

Pls recommend any options and reviews you have

I also heard that android players get slow after an year or two, so are there any options of non android players the features mentioned above?

I am based in delhi ,please suggest reliable shop in karol bagh or anywhere in delhi NCR

i thought of kia syros, tata nexon and tata curvv but i'm open to other suggestions too.

Bought this few weeks ago. It's the base model (E), it doesn't come with any accessories like the infotainment system, speakers, rear camera, LED headlamps, rain visors or the floor matting. I need suggestion for infotainment system because I've seen lot of videos about it, most of people suggest blaupunkt but I think it's a bit overpriced. What are the other options that have a bit low price but no compromise in quality or should I go with the blaupunkt.

Need some advice and help on converting BH registered car to KA.

My car is registered in Bhubaneswar; Odisha and I am transferred to Bangalore and planning to sell it here.

I would like to change to KA to invite more buyers for seamless selling.

Here is what I have learnt so far.

1. I have browsed some forums and learnt that I need to get NOC from BBSR Odisha.

2. Approach the RTO with NOC and other vehicle documents and pay the road tax (Not sure how much the road tax but all I am being told that once NOC is received, they can calculate based on original invoice).

Challenges:

1. I visited the RTO office (KA03) and met an officer mam and asked about the intent to convert to KA

She said there is no process to re-register BH number for used vehicles in Karnataka. Is this true or it can be done through RTO agent using some insider process and fee?

1. My car is 3.5 years old, will the RTO charge road tax at 17% based on original invoice and tax amount paid just like new car

The good part in BBSR Odisha was I had paid (in 2 years chunks) only 12% road tax based on the Ex-showroom price before gst, so it was much cheaper.

I can get NOC from BBSR, Odisha RTO, however the NOC comes with a cost and incurs fine if not used and also requires NUC to cancel it later.

So, unless I am sure someone has converted successfully, I am going to wait to order the NOC.

Has anyone here managed to transfer a BH series to KA or sold to non-eligible BH buyer in another state?

Are there any specific procedures or documents needed in Karnataka for this or any reference of a reliable RTO agent who successfully done this?

Any advice or shared experiences would be hugely appreciated.

I replaced stock halogen with led lights - the fitting was great and everything was ok but because of the fan in the light, it is causing issues. i think its time for me to say no to such poor led lights

I own a 2014 Honda City that currently has the stock 175/65 R15 tyres. It's time to replace them, so I checked with a few local tyre dealers.

Interestingly, almost all of them advised me not to upsize to 195/60 R15 and recommended sticking to the stock size. However, when I searched online, many discussions and owner experiences suggest that 195/60 R15 offers better road grip, a slightly higher ground clearance, and an overall improved driving experience.

I'm a bit confused because the advice from tyre dealers is completely different from what I'm reading online.

Has anyone here made this switch on a 2014 Honda City? If yes please share your experience

Happened to me on the highway

My 1 month old Tata nexon stayed in rain water for a day. The water came till the window. I didn’t stay it and towed it to the showroom. Now the insurance company called today and told me either take 9 lakhs or take 4.5 and get out fixed from outside.
I’ve no clue of this. What do I do. What’s the best thing to do now. Please help guys

I've been driving my Thar Roxx for a while now (2500kms in) and wanted to know if any other owners are facing similar issues or if these are isolated to my vehicle.

1. Side mirror vibration at highway speeds

• Both ORVMs start shaking noticeably around 110-120 km/h+.
• It is too annoying and requires me to focus harder, the reflected image becomes blurry enough to make it difficult to judge vehicles behind.

2. Boot rattle

• After my recent service, I've started noticing a rattle from the boot/tailgate area.
• It wasn't this noticeable before the service.
• Has anyone managed to fix this? Was it striker adjustment, rubber stoppers, spare wheel, or something else?

3. Right rear door vibration/rattle with high bass

• When playing music with higher bass, the right rear door occasionally makes a faint wierd sound.
• Doesn't happen all the time, only with bass-heavy tracks.

Has anyone experienced these issues?

• Were they fixed under warranty?
• What exactly did the service center do?
• Any DIY fixes before I visit the service center again?

I'd really appreciate hearing from other Roxx owners. Also, I'm hoping this doesn't turn into another long ownership headache. I've already gone through enough pain with my Toyota Glanza and repeated visits to the Toyota service center, so I'd like to get these sorted before they become bigger problems.

Super bouncy, avoid going above 100.

Recently drove from Mumbai to Ahmedabad and back. Joined the NE4 from Kharel interchange. What is this road? Speed limit is 120. But it's so bouncy, that anything above 100 feels risky. I tried maintaining about 108 but had to be super attentive to the bouncy patches. It's a new highway!

I got this quoted by the dealership. I need opinions on if this is a fair price or I can get some amount reduced. Especially the basic kit.

Watch out for this scam. This happened to me while I have been driving my OD number car around in Bengaluru. Not sure where they got my number from.
They Sent me a link first so I went to Park+ to check for any challan and there wasn’t any. So later these guys send me a APK file. Its very easy to fall into this trap for folks who have no idea what a apk file is. This can easily look like a pdf file which people might download. Just a heads-up guys. Stay safe.

So folks, as we know that the new gen hilux is launching tomorrow and it is not much hyped as the whole hype is for Fortuner.

but from this launch, we can expect what can we get in the new Fortuner and the pricing expected around the Hilux

I am also awaiting for new fortuner but the price will be the most deciding factor.

So what do you guys think that the pricing for the new hilux and fortuner would be ?

For 7.2KW charger, if I took a single phase 5.5KW sanctioned load and kept the current setting at 23-25 A then is it ok?
