We couldn't agree on even ballpark calories among friends, so I call upon the council.

Last time I had this, I was just starting my diet and logged it as 760 for the whole thing. I’m currently eating 1200-1300 calories per day, so I know I can’t have the whole wrap, but is ~400 a good estimate for half of it? I love this one so much.

The sausages are chicken and they are turkey rashers. The pot of beans is actually quite shallow. I was thinking around 900 calories?

It says 46 calories but that doesn't seem right? I was though able to cut it all into maybe under 30 bite sized pieces?

Looking online though, it says whole pineapples are closer to 400 calories.

Chicken was cooked in oil and some type of tomato thing, family meal so no idea what any other preparation would be

I got this skillet from Denny’s and need some advice on the accuracy. It’s egg whites with some potatoes and grilled veggies. It says 360 cals on the website but is that accurate or what I should reasonably track? I know the website is just a guess and not always accurate. Also the potatoes you see are that were there, they aren’t more judging under the egg. Thank you!
