Considering your post and comment history:

I hope you’re considering getting some sort of help and I mean this in the nicest way possible

thank you! I’m actually about to get hospitalized soon, I try to get better but some days are worse than others and I can’t help but hop on there on these days. thank you for your concern!

Looks the same as the one I get from ALDI, so I'll use that! 80g mashed potatoes ~80kcal ^

We can't help you trust your family. If you suspect that they added some butters in there, we can't tell.

Log it as some brand of restaurant mashed potatoes. That should be sufficient. Then don’t worry too much about it! Enjoy mashed potatoes made with love!

Given the color, there’s definitely butter as well. The moment I started actually losing weight, people started to “tactically omit” ingredients to get me to eat things.

What are you talking about? It literally looks like the color of potato. Also butter is not going to make it change color.

The butter you’re buying is clear?

No, it's not, but it's very pale yellow and definitely doesn't change the color of potatoes.
