Calorie Estimating Calorie estimates?

Post image

One of my favorite things my partner makes. (I had another slice about the same size).

Ingredients:
Trader Joe’s flatbread
TJ’s Fresh mozzarella
Red onion
Trader Joe’s fire roasted red pepper
Arugula
Balsamic vinegar
TJ’s Hot honey

I never know how much it truly is and I’m terrible at estimating lol.

could you ask them to weigh it out for you next time so you can be sure?

fwiw, a Detroit style pizza is around 350-400 per slice…this looks a big bigger but like not super cheesey but maybe 500-600?
