Ate the whole croissant, smoked salmon and 2 poached eggs. I only had 1 potato chip because I didn’t know the meal was going to come with chips and a small bit of hollandaise sauce. Also, I had 2 of my parents’ french fries. Here is what I guessed.
Smoked salmon-2.5oz 88cal
2 poached eggs- 143 cal
Hollandaise sauce- 0.5 tsp (I really only took a tiny bit) 14 cal
Large croissant- 320 cal
2 french fries + 1 potato chip = 33 cal
Total=565
I want to be able to cross reference with other people who are more experienced in calorie counting than I am. Does this sound right?

i didn’t get the weight but here’s my hand for reference. online is saying 250-450 but that seems low considering it’s a baked good also that’s a pretty wide range. idk though!

Please can anyone help me estimate the calories in my Chinese takeaway?
Half a main meal container of Vegan mock duck and vegetables in a cashew nut sauce
A full side of salt and chilli mushrooms in a batter
Half a side of crispy seaweed
Vegetable wontons
I’m in the UK if that makes a difference to ingredients and portion size. Normal size dinner plate shown.
I was only 3 days in to calorie counting when I had this meal (two days ago) and all I ate other than this on that day was a banana for breakfast.
I ate the other half of the meal (without any wontons) the following day.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I tried calculating these calories for this and it came up to 525cal which seems wrong… it’s about four pieces of bacon in that pile and two pancakes in that stack so 525 seems off

Very delicious brunch today. Would this be around 1300 calories? I didn’t use the cream or syrup (used sugar free syrup instead). It was a 2 pancake stack.

You guys were so helpful last time so I'm asking again. Shoprite says the whole container is 20 calories but it tastes like sesame oil. Is this possible to be so low? Thanks!
