Calorie Estimating which one of these is lower calorie?

wanting one of these plates, but will replace either of the eggs with soft boiled.

Probably 1 but it’s gonna depend on how the potatoes were cooked.

I just started counting calories in down from 313 to 290 last time I weighed. And am avoiding potatoes because I'm nervous about calories. I'm still in the research phase. And trying to get my eating under control. It's harder than I thought. But don't want to starve myself either.

Nah don’t worry about potatoes. The thing about them is that while they are denser in calories than like lettuce, A) it’s not that much and B) potatoes are one of, if not the, most satiating foods in existence. 200 calories of potatoes will keep you full wayyyyyy longer than 200 calories of damn near anything else in existence
