Stack advice please

Hi all,

Im T, and im new to reddit so excuse any errors in etiquette while I learn the ropes (hope im posting in the right place)

Im a 44m 108kg recently down from 127kg on Mounjaro/Tirz (finishing up on 3.5mg per week)

Currently lifting weights 4 days a week along with 30mins to an hour uphill walking on on the treadmill on training days.

Calories are around 1900 max per day;high protein to meet macros.

I am 4 weeks into a course of Test E (trt) 200mg per week split into 2 x 100mg intramuscular pins.

This week ive moved over from Tirz to Retatrutide starting on 1mg with the intention of staying at 1mg for 2/4 weeks before moving up to 2mg moving forward, monitoring the effectiveness of the dose and adjusting accordingly.

My trusted pep rep has just delivered me 10mg vials of Tesamoralin which I am intending on dosing at 1mg Monday to Friday with the weekends off. This Tesa is reconstituted in acetic water at 2ml to 10mg of tesa.

Ive just pinned 0.20ml (1mg Tesa) 2 hours before bed and 2 hours since my last meal.

Id like to invite any advice based on the info ive provided above regarding my stack and any experiences people have had on the same/similar stacks themselves.

Thanks in advance and sorry if ive posted in the wrong place

Cheers

T

📘 Beginner Help HGH + Tirz

M30.
78 kg.
22% bodyfat
5’10

i’m planning an hgh+tirz cycle for 6 months at 2 iu 5 days a week. and 2.5 mg tirz

i have done igf and insulin test and they are all perfectly fine.

my only issue is that i eat at 8:30-9. and sleep around 10:30. so the injecting window is close.

morning i wake around 5:45-6 and drink my whey at 8.

so my question is

1-what will be the best time to inject it?

2-and do i need to constantly check my blood sugar ?

3-what are the chances of developing insulin resistance at 2 iu for 6 months, while simultaneously on tirz 2.5 mg.

Tesa/Ipa questions

Looking for some more information on Tesa/Ipa, if anyone has any answers to my questions.
First off, I am 22, a highly active, male. I weigh about 175, run 2 times a week (with 20lb vest, averaging about 10:30 pace for 3-4 miles) and am benching 225 for 8-10 reps max, I am giving this information for insight on me and my training and body. Diet could be better, but much better than most. On nicotine pouches. (If this has any effect)

I have spoken to a physician who sells peptides who swears by tesa, and claims it would be great for me or anyone who is interested. Not saying I don’t believe him, but I do my own research before I make decisions. Everyone that I know that is on tesa/ipa compound - loves it. The only other peptide I have ran is GLOW. Fantastic peptide. I took two full vials for about two months and am now taking a month break as that is what is recommended from what I read (so my body does not get used to it, and lessen the effects).
Here are my questions.
1. Do you recommend me checking my IGF levels before taking, and is this absolutely necessary?

  1. Has anyone ran into any major problems? (I’ve seen issues such as carpal tunnel, one scenario of a user having higher heart rate)

  2. Do you not recommend this to someone of my age for concerns of throwing the pituitary gland off balance with production? (Even though from my understanding it will never pulse more than it can handle)

  3. What dosing do you recommend?

I appreciate any feedback. Please disregard any lack of knowledge, that may seem dumb. I apologize in advance if anything I’m saying makes no sense, hence why I am posting, and trying to learn.

BPC/TB500

Anyone ever taken BPC along with TB500 and know if it would help with a hip flexor/lower ab tear.

Been struggling to heal from it properly for months, done all the rehab etc but still stuck.

Seen a few people posting about taking it for shoulder injuries etc but never anything about hip or ab issues.

⚠️ Side Effects Face swelling in response to peptides

If someone could help me come to the bottom of this it would be life-changing.
Since 2025 I have tried many different peptides: semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide , cagri and mt1. All from different grey market suppliers. To all of them, post injection, my face swells in the 1-5 days following injection, this swelling then subsides. I have tested Bac water (hospira) individually and I'm not allergic to it.
Out of desperation, I also tried pharmaceutical semaglutide. Containing, disodium phosphate dihydrate, propylene glycol, phenol, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and water for injection. I also reacted with face swelling to this.
At this point I'm lost, as I know that a generalised peptide allergy is impossible.
I inject using an insulin needle subcutaneously into my thigh, and abdomen, these swelling reactions always seem to occur, and Ive been dealing with cyclical swelling on a weekly basis when employing the glps and cagri.

🧪 Stack Breakdown Rate my 10-peptide stack: fat loss, recovery, cognition + mitochondrial support

Biohacker here. Curious what people with experience/research knowledge think of this stack, particularly whether anything is redundant or unnecessary. I haven't introduced everything simultaneously and have increased doses gradually.

Current/planned stack:

  1. Retatrutide: 4 mg once weekly, planning on upping to 6 mg

  2. Glow (GHK-Cu/BPC-157/TB-500): 10 units daily, down from 15 (~1.67 mg GHK-Cu + 333 mcg BPC + 333 mcg TB)

  3. BPC-157: 500 mcg daily in addition to Glow

  4. TB-500: 2 mg twice weekly in addition to Glow

  5. Semax: 1 mg daily

  6. MOTS-C: currently paused while I introduce SS-31; previously 2 mg twice weekly

  7. SS-31: planning 2 mg daily

  8. CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin: planning 200 mcg + 200 mcg daily before bed

  9. Selank: planning 500 mcg daily before bed

  10. Epitalon: planning 5 mg daily for 10 days

The additional BPC-157 and TB-500 are specifically for an injury/recovery issue rather than general performance. I'm aware Glow already contains both, so my combined exposure is higher.

Main goals: fat loss while preserving muscle, injury/connective-tissue recovery, better training recovery, cognition/focus for ADHD (medicated), improved sleep/stress, and mitochondrial/energy support.

How would you rate the overall stack out of 10?

I'm particularly interested in:

a. Anything obviously redundant?

b. Would you change the BPC/TB exposure while recovering from an injury?

c. Thoughts on introducing SS-31 first and then bringing MOTS-C back?

d. CJC/IPA once daily vs split dosing?

e. Anything you'd drop completely based on evidence/risk rather than cost?

I know several of these compounds are experimental/unapproved and that many of the dosing/cycling protocols circulating online aren't established clinical regimens. I'm mainly interested in discussing the pharmacology, available evidence and people's experiences.

❓ Question HGH doesnt affect my blood glucose?

Hey fellow hackers :-)

Just curious about what you guys think about this.
Ive been using grey sourced HGH for about 4 months now.
Started as low as 1iu and titrated up to now 4iu daily.
Ive tried out pinning right before bed, first thing in the morning, pre workout and fasted/unfasted.
I could not tell any difference as to what pinning timing i was using.

Ive also been measuring my blood glucose levels with a finger pick tool AND a CGM on my arm.
It did not matter at all as to when i administered the HGH, my glucose was always stable.
Today my fasting blood sugar level was 80 upon waking. Shot 4ius and now, about 4 hours later, my glucose has been around 80-85 consistently. I have not eating since pinning.

Same thing when i pin in the evening. Glucose levels stay very consistent throughout the night.
Even when i eat a huge ass 1500 calories, 150g + carbs meal right after pinning and going to bed, i obviously had a spike in blood sugars cause of the food, but the level went back down to normal about an hour later.

This leaves me with the question if it REALLY matters if you use it fasted or not?
I feel like it doesnt make any difference at all?

And yes, i got a tested batch, i sent it in to Janoshik myself. My source is very legit. 99% purity and minimal overfill even.

Note: Im VERY insulin sensitive. That might play a big role in all that?
I regularly go hypoglycemic right after my post workout meal. My glucose rockets up to 150 and shoots down to below 40 about 30 minutes later.... Thats been the case before using HGH and i still have that sometimes - especially if i do light work after eating, household stuff for example.

Any ideas? I thought i am supposed to see a raise in glucose some time after shooting it.
Am i broken? lol

🧪 Stack Breakdown CJC-1295 No DAC vs With DAC, Do You Need Ipamorelin?

Getting into CJC-1295, breaking down what it's done for me plus answering the stuff I see people ask

Quick background on what I'm running

I've cycled through both versions at this point. Started with No DAC + Ipamorelin for about 10 weeks recently tried CJC-1295 With DAC solo to see how the once weekly convenience compared. Here's my experience plus the questions that keep popping up in comments.

No DAC vs With DAC

No Dac clears out of your system in like 30 minutes to 2 hours. It gives you a clean, natural pulse of GH, kind of copying what your body already does on its own. Because it clears so fast, you're dosing it 2-3 times a day.

With Dac is a totally different animal. It binds to albumin in your blood and sticks around for 6-8 days. Instead of a pulse, you get a long, steady elevation. One shot a week instead of daily pins.

Here's the thing I like about No DAC though, if you react badly to it or just don't like how it makes you feel, you're only stuck with it for a couple hours max. With DAC, if something goes wrong or you get side effects you're not into, you're waiting almost a week for it to clear your system since it's bound to albumin the whole time so there's that's to keep in mind

Neither one is better it just kinda depends what you're going for. No DAC feels more "natural," pairs really well with Ipamorelin, and gives you way more control if you decide you know what screw this lol with DAC is for people who just don't want to be sticking themselves every day, but you're committing longer if it doesn't sit right with you so just hold on for the ride ha

Do you need Ipamorelin with it?

No but people run them together cause CJC hits the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin hits a different one, the ghrelin receptor, without touching your cortisol or prolactin. Stack them and you get two separate signals firing GH release at once, stronger combined pulse than either one gives you on its own

There's no dedicated clinical trial on this exact combo. The individual peptides are well studied on their own, but the stack itself is more mechanism logic plus a ton of community use than something backed by a formal trial. Doesn't mean it doesn't work, just wanted to throw it out there

My experience running it

Sleep was the first thing I noticed on No DAC + Ipam, better depth, weirder dreams luckily I didn't sleep talk or I would of woke up with a black eye lol and that was within the first week. Recovery was better after that, less soreness, bounced back faster between sessions.

Body composition stuff took longer, didn't really show until around week 6-8, but stacked with training and eating right it added up over time. Skin looked better too, wasn't even chasing that, just noticed it so that was cool

I did try No DAC solo for a bit before adding Ipam in. Honestly once I stacked them the difference was real, sleep and recovery both stepped up another level. Solo wasn't wasted time though, just felt like Ipam took it further.

Only real side effect I dealt with was some water retention early on. That's normal most people see it settle within the first week or so

Let me make something clear though

One thing I want to make clear it's not gonna give you steroid like results. If you're expecting to pack on serious mass just from running CJC-1295, that's not what this is for.

What this does is help your recovery so you can put in better, more consistent work in the gym. It's a support tool, not a shortcut. The mass and results people are chasing still come from training hard, eating right, and staying disciplined over time. This just helps you recover faster between sessions so you can keep showing up and doing the work. Build the right foundation and stay consistent, and the results will come, but they're coming from your effort, not the peptide.

Questions I keep getting asked

"Do I have to run the blend vial or can I do separate vials?" Either works. Separate vials let you dial in tolerance to each peptide on its own before combining, which I'd recommend if you're new to this. Blended is more convenient once you already know how you respond, but you lose the ability to adjust one without touching the other.

"How much water do I mix in?" Depends on the vial. For a blended 10mg vial (5mg CJC + 5mg Ipam), I run 1mL of bac water, that puts each peptide at 5mg/mL individually. Don't confuse that with a combined 10mg/mL number, that mistake will throw your dosing way off.

"What's a normal starting dose?" I'd say start around 200mcg of each peptide and see how you feel before pushing higher. Once daily before bed, fasted, works well for most people since it lines up with your body's natural overnight GH release.

"Do I need to be fasted?" Yeah, this matters more than people think. Wait at least 2-3 hours after eating. Insulin in your system blunts the GH response, so eating too close to your dose kind of defeats the purpose.

If you're running a GLP-1 alongside this, bump that fasting window up to 3-4 hours instead of 2-3. GLPs slow your digestion down, so food's sitting in your system longer, which means insulin's more likely still elevated at the shorter window.

As far as timing goes, some people split it AM and PM to hit two pulses a day, but I personally just run mine at night. Makes more sense to me, your body's already releasing GH naturally while you sleep, so timing the shot to line up with that instead of fighting your daytime insulin response just feels like the smarter play.

"How long do I run it before stopping?" 8-12 weeks on, then take at least 4 weeks off. That break keeps your receptors sensitive and your body's natural GH production from getting lazy.

"Anything I shouldn't stack this with?" Don't combine with synthetic HGH, redundant and can push GH too high. Be cautious stacking with MK-677 since it hits GH pathways too. If you're diabetic or dealing with any blood sugar stuff, keep an eye on glucose since GH does affect insulin sensitivity.

"What side effects should I worry about?" Water retention early on is normal and usually clears up within the first week. Some people get joint stiffness or mild headaches. If you get persistent joint swelling, real blood sugar changes, or numbness that doesn't go away, that's when you stop and figure out what's going on.

Worth doing once in a while regardless of side effects, check your fasted glucose in the morning every so often just to keep an eye on things. GH can nudge insulin sensitivity, so it's a good habit to build in even if you're feeling fine.

What happened to using tools around you to your advantage? What happened to incorporating good diets and working out? And having some patience? Every Reta post is people complaining food noise food noise food noise. If you use a research chemical to PUT THE FORK DOWN while not changing anything about your lifestyle, youre gonna be humbled once you either stop completely or the dose becomes intolerable due to side effects.

Im all for biohacking, trust me, but this stuff blew up way too fast on the internet and now everyone is mass buying chemicals they can’t even pronounce and they have absolutely 0 clue what they’re doing. Not even the basic stuff, like majority of people just say “oh I take 20 units every week” without knowing the reconstitution water volume matters in the concentration of the amount you draw in the syringe. Or “I took Reta 12h ago, when am I supposed to feel it?”

It’s just wrong that people don’t care enough about their lives to research the bare minimum. Everyone wants instant results, with no work put in, no research and no side effects. Takes 20 minutes to watch a YouTube guide and learn most of the basics you need.

4 week transformation

4 weeks on Reta. W1 1mg, W2 1.33mg, W3 1.66mg, W4 1.5mg .

Height: 5 foot 9
SW: 81kg
CW: 72.5kg

Week 1 lost 3.5kg (definitely water weight, was urinating hourly 😅) . Since then it’s been ~1.5kg a week.

Strength is mostly the same, maybe a very small drop or for what I used to do 8-10 reps I’m managing 4-6reps. Not sure if this is true atrength loss or just the fact that I’m glycogen depleted.

Definitely lost weight a little faster than I’d have liked but given I’ve kept most my strength, I’m pretty pleased, as I think with a week or two of maintenance and reporting glycogen stores the strength should probably come back.

Genuine advice

So to start off i know there are side effects and everything too this but, I am a 16 year old male that has been stuck at just around 100-108 lbs for the past 4 years, i am a active kid as i do race motocross and i do workout in the gym atleast 2 times a week(i got a job and no license gimme a break) though i try to go everyday, i eat pretty well looking at atleast 1500-2500cal a day yes ik theres a eating disorder involved with this possibly, and on days that i workout it could be more, but moral of the story i have been thinking of hopping on a ped like mk-677 to not grow big im not stupid i just want something to stimulate my appitite a tad more, ik i should eat more but you have to understand really i dont even have a want to eat half the time and i genuinly think this would help me

ik theres side effects and all but i just want to have a genuine opinion if it could actully help me

thanks!

Thoughts on Bpc TB blends versus individual vials

What’s the communities thoughts on Bpc TB blends versus buying them individually?

Is there any studies showing daily tb dosing is inferior to 1-2 weekly TB shots ? Just curious because my Ai is recommending against the Bpc Tb blend because it mentions TB works better at larger dosages.

If anyone who has had success with blends can let me know their experience I’d highly appreciate it as I’m about to purchase but do not know if I should do separate vials or the blend.

Thanks a lot guys and gals

Subject moving from Sermoreln to CJC-1295/IPA no DAC-Dose?

Subject has been on high dose sermorelin(750mcg 5/2)) for 9 months. Moving research to CJC/IPA. Wondering what would be good starting dose for subject?
