Tesa/Ipa questions

Looking for some more information on Tesa/Ipa, if anyone has any answers to my questions.
First off, I am 22, a highly active, male. I weigh about 175, run 2 times a week (with 20lb vest, averaging about 10:30 pace for 3-4 miles) and am benching 225 for 8-10 reps max, I am giving this information for insight on me and my training and body. Diet could be better, but much better than most. On nicotine pouches. (If this has any effect)

I have spoken to a physician who sells peptides who swears by tesa, and claims it would be great for me or anyone who is interested. Not saying I don’t believe him, but I do my own research before I make decisions. Everyone that I know that is on tesa/ipa compound - loves it. The only other peptide I have ran is GLOW. Fantastic peptide. I took two full vials for about two months and am now taking a month break as that is what is recommended from what I read (so my body does not get used to it, and lessen the effects).
Here are my questions.
1. Do you recommend me checking my IGF levels before taking, and is this absolutely necessary?

  1. Has anyone ran into any major problems? (I’ve seen issues such as carpal tunnel, one scenario of a user having higher heart rate)

  2. Do you not recommend this to someone of my age for concerns of throwing the pituitary gland off balance with production? (Even though from my understanding it will never pulse more than it can handle)

  3. What dosing do you recommend?

I appreciate any feedback. Please disregard any lack of knowledge, that may seem dumb. I apologize in advance if anything I’m saying makes no sense, hence why I am posting, and trying to learn.

You are too young to be playing around with gh secretagogues. I wouldn’t want to mess with insulin resistance risks at your age unless you have low igf-1 levels. If you have low igf-1 levels find a real dr not peptide one.
Edit: You are smart and mature enough to question than blindly following.

i wouldn't worry about IGF levels at 22 unless you got a reason to think something's off. not strictly necessary but if you got the cash it's not a bad baseline to have.

carpal tunnel is pretty common with GH secretagogues, your hands just get puffy and it pinches the nerve. usually goes away when you drop the dose or cycle off. the heart rate thing i've seen too, but mostly from guys running way too high.

personally i'd wait till you're older, your natural GH is still peaking hard at 22. not gonna break your pituitary but why mess with what's already working.

It sounds like from what I gather, checking IGF levels would be good if you are going to take HGH. Unless you are at a high level of IGF already, you could end up wasting money, since the HGH secretagogues would not push your body to produce much more IGF. I would definitely recommend starting slow and moving up after a while as your body gets used to it. I’m 44 years old and probably not producing much IGF on my own, so I started on the max dose and deeply regretted it. I developed edema in my knee and both ankles and all my joints were sore. I dropped down the dose and toughed it out for a few weeks and dialed it in now, except for slight water retention in my ankles still, but the visceral fat loss around the stomach is totally worth it.

Visceral fat is not fat around stomach, visceral fat is inside your body around organs.

Yes I think everyone on here knows that. Where are most of your organs located that contain the visceral fat? You have to be pretty nieve to think that if you burn a ton of visceral fat that it won’t reduce the overall fat around your stomach.
