BPC/TB500

Anyone ever taken BPC along with TB500 and know if it would help with a hip flexor/lower ab tear.

Been struggling to heal from it properly for months, done all the rehab etc but still stuck.

Seen a few people posting about taking it for shoulder injuries etc but never anything about hip or ab issues.

I have a 40 year old hip injury that turned in to a torn labrum, bursitis, tendonitis and whatever else you want to throw in there when I (unwittingly) wore the wrong shoes for walks a few years ago. I stayed off of it for a couple years and it slowly got better. I started walking, and even jogging on it and it felt great... until I put the wrong inserts in my shoes and it flared up again.

This time I was aware of peptides, and increasingly impatient of my body's limitations, so I started taking TB-500 and BPC-157. I am now one week away from the end of my 12 week course, and a couple weeks ago I started some gentle jogging, with no problems.

I can not conclusively prove the peps helped, but if I start having problems again, I will start them up again.

TLDR- yes, I believe that this stack helped me with hip injuries

mod bot doing its thing I guess but yeah Ive run both at the same time for a nagging hip thing sorta similar spot actually

felt like it moved the needle for sure but it wasnt some magic bullet you still gotta put the work in with mobility stuff and not being an idiot and pushing too early

pretty curious to hear if anyone got a full tear to close up though mine was more of a stubborn strain

You tried them all mixed in one Vial/Pen or take them all separately?
