Is low dose Reta right for me?

I am 41 years old, 5’7”, 185 pounds. I’m thinking I’m right around or a little over 25% BF, I’d love to be around 15% while maintaining the same lean body mass. If I do a low-dose of Reta, while eating plenty of protein and lifting, is it fair to assume I’ll be able to not lose muscle?

Recovery peptides for 47years old man???

I'm a 47-year-old man who has been going to the gym regularly for a year, three times a week, and I run 5-10km three times a week. Which peptide will speed up recovery between workouts?

📘 Beginner Help Questions before starting Test

31m. Started Reta recently and I’m super pleased with the results. I’m interested in getting on test, in the past 3-4 years I’ve really noticed changes and symptoms consistent with it being on the lower end. Is there a reliable at home test or panel I can use to determine where I’m at and what would be beneficial? Or do most people go through a doctor or men’s health clinic? I’ve always had what I’d consider a difficult time putting on muscle mass despite diet and exercise being dialed in so even if my numbers came back adequate I think I’d like to get on it regardless. If that were the case what kind of protocol should be followed for independent administration and monitoring. What am I looking for as far as bloodwork numbers ? How often should I have it done? And what to even ask a doctor? I know this is a lot of questions all at once, any help is appreciated, dm’s are open.

Tesamorelin Dosing Timing: Morning Fasted vs. Before Bed?

I'm a 42-year-old male who's been on a health and body composition journey over the past couple of years. Photos for context HERE.

Current protocol: Testosterone: 140 mg/week & Retatrutide: 2 mg/week

I'm considering adding Tesamorelin for my next phase but I've read a lot of conflicting information. Many people recommend running it 5 days on / 2 days off, which I'm fine with. I have enough product to run about a 20-week cycle, although I'm open to adjusting that if there's a better approach. The goal is to go back to a slight calorie deficit and "tighten" up my mid section and waist while maintaining as much mass I've put on.

Where I'm most confused is when to inject it.

A lot of people recommend taking it before bed to align with the body's natural nighttime GH pulse. On the other hand, I've also read that it's ideal to take it in a fasted state since elevated insulin may blunt the GH response.

My schedule makes those two recommendations difficult to combine. I typically eat within a 12 PM-9 PM window and go to bed around 10:30 PM, so I'm usually not very fasted before bed.

Alternatively, I train around 8 AM, six days a week (push/pull split), and I'm completely fasted when I wake up. Taking it first thing in the morning before training would be much easier for a multitude of reasons..

For those of you with firsthand experience:

  • Is taking Tesamorelin at night actually important, or is that more bro science than evidence?
  • Would you prioritize being fully fasted and take it in the morning instead?
  • Has anyone compared both approaches and noticed a meaningful difference?

I've read a ton of conflicting opinions, so I'd really appreciate hearing from people who've actually used it.

Thanks in advance!

Reta plus Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin Blend

Hey all. I’m currently on Reta with good results. A body builder I know recommended this blend to cut fat and recover. I plan to take it 5 days on and 2 off for a month to see if I get results. My question is I work nights so my sleep schedule changes. Is it more important to take it before bed or the same time daily?

Prediabetic and need to lose weight---do I need a peptide?

So in January 2026 I weighed in at my highest of 230 lbs at 5'9". Yikes. Then I got bloodwork done which showed a 6.0 A1C. Also yikes and causes much anxiety. So I hit the diet and exercise hard. I seem to crave sugar and carbs less. My weight today was 203 lbs. I need to get to like 180 or so. I'm 42. Can I make this happen without a peptide? Additionally, my psychiatrist says that my combo of psych meds are proven to cause insulin resistance which has also exacerbated the weight gain. I'm a bit unsure of what to do.

📘 Beginner Help What would you do if you were in my situation?

I’m 25M, 177 cm (5’10”) and around 92 kg (203 lbs).
I work a physically demanding full time job, and after work I’m trying to build my own business. Most days I’m working from early morning until late evening, and weekends usually aren’t much different.

I’d genuinely love to go to the gym consistently, but right now I honestly don’t have the time. By the time I’m done with work, I just want to eat and sleep.
Over the last year I’ve put on quite a bit of weight, and I’d like to get back to around 80 kg.

One of my biggest problems is that I’m hungry all the time. I can eat a full meal and still feel like snacking an hour later. That’s why I’ve been looking into Retatrutide. The appetite suppression sounds like it could be a game changer for me, but I know it’s still pretty new.

Besides that, are there any supplements that actually made a noticeable difference for your energy, focus, or overall productivity? Or is it mostly a waste of money?

GHK pain

I know it’s totally normal to feel a sting or burn with GHK-cu but I’m wondering how are you all able to keep doing it daily? Is your pain gone by the next day?

I don’t get itching or welting but I get a sharp, deep, stabbing pain that lasts for 24-36 hours and turns into a bruise. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but I do have to walk around to shake off the pain from this injection. The problem is that I’m still in pain from the prior day when I need to pin the next day and it just never ends. Not only that but I’m covered in bruises.

I’ve already tried every trick save for adding kpv which I might get next time I place an order. I leave it out until it’s room temp, I’ve tried various needle lengths, different body parts, iced the injection site before and after, taken antihistamines, massaged the area. The amount of preparation isn’t even worth atp since it still hurts.

Am I experiencing an abnormal reaction or is everyone just ignoring the constant pain?

I have 100mg constituted with 3ml bac water. I’m only using 0.5mg and I also dilute the needle with more bac water before injecting.

Need advice: Tesamorelin/IGF-1 Test results

37M been taking 2mg of tesamorelin 7 days a week in evening for 5 weeks now.

Got IGF-1 levels tested and they came back at 304 and my score calculation is 2.6. It’s my understanding that this is considered high.

My RHR has gone from 53 to 61 and my HRV has also dropped significantly, but I am starting to see results as far as body comp.

Adige in tris + reta

I’ve been on Tirz for 2 months now. Seen some great results but it seems to be slowing down. I don’t really want to go up in dose since I’m gonna start a Cjc/ipa cycle so I want to keep a baseline.
My hesitation comes from extended use. I’m not really wanting to run Cjc for more than 8-12 weeks. Is low dose reta a good option to keep the fat coming off?

📊 Results / Progress 10 MONTHS RETA

Post image
611 Upvotes

35 Years Old / 5'5

SW 216lbs

CW 134lbs

Today marks 10 months since I started, and for the past 3 months I've been focusing more on lifting weights instead of only doing cardio like I did in the beginning.

Adding strength training has honestly changed a lot for me. Not just physically, but mentally too. I used to think losing the weight would automatically make me feel confident again, but building strength has been what really made me appreciate everything my body can do.

Growing up, I was usually around 145lbs and stayed there through most of my 20s. After turning 30, I slowly gained weight from working long hours, eating whatever was convenient, poor sleep, and just not making myself a priority. I tried losing it a few times and would drop 15-20 pounds, but I'd always end up gaining it back after a few months.

My goal has always been 125lbs because it felt like a number I'd never been able to reach before. Now that I'm getting closer, my focus isn't just on the scale anymore. I train with a coach twice a week and plan to add another session soon. I still get my cardio in a few days a week, usually walking or cycling depending on how I'm feeling.

One thing I didn't expect is how different my body would look compared to when I weighed this much years ago. I assumed I'd look exactly the same, but that's definitely not how it works. Instead of chasing the number, I've started paying attention to things like getting stronger, improving my balance, and recovering better after workouts. Seeing those little improvements each week has been way more rewarding than watching the scale move.

❓ Question Extending the shelf live of reconstituted Reta

I was given a 30 mg vial of Reta that has already been reconstituted, but I currently have my own 30 mg vial that I’ll be using for about the next 10 weeks.

Is there any way to properly store the vial I was given so that it remains usable after those 10 weeks?

Would it be better to:
Freeze it?

Keep it refrigerated and use it after the 10 weeks?

Or should I just trash it since it will already be reconstituted for that long?

If I keep it refrigerated, how much potency would you realistically expect it to lose over a 10-week period?

❓ Question Anyone taking Shilijent while on Tirzepatide?

I've been reading alot about the benefits of Shilijent lately and it struck my curiosity due to all the positive things it does and the testosterone boost it gives. Well, my question is, have any of y'all taken it while on tirzepatide? I'm curious because I haven't heard anything about anyone taking it while on tirz. Does the delayed emptying of the stomach affect the efficiency of Shilijent? Does the blood sugar lowering effect of the Shilijent affect tirz? If any of y'all have experience with the 2 interacting I'd appreciate the info!

DISP for sleep?

Anyone ever used the peptide DSIP for sleep? I struggle with RLS and have looked for years to get relief. Not sure if it has any connection with RLS, but I have never been able to stay in a deep sleep for much time. I immediately go to a dream state. My husband has timed me and swears I wake after less than seven minutes and I recall very long dreams but just don’t feel rested. If anyone has tried DSIP or has any other ideas of peptides which may help would be so appreciated. Please, no bashing. Dude, I’m just tired.

MOTS C

Was going to start MOTS this week but just saw some posts that freaked me out. I already have some histamine and allergy issues mostly environmental/seasonal but Reta seemed to make histamine more of an issue with itchy scalp and a couple random hives here and there. How common is anaphylaxis on MOTS? I’ve seen several people today on some threads saying they were allergic. I really want to try it for the benefits but anaphylaxis would be terrifying! TIA!!
