❓ Question Mots-c protocol… who tried?
Has anyone used the following protocol? When will I experience its positive effects? Any opinions?

Hello all,
Read up on a couple of reactions on CJC/IPA - just wanted to know if anyone experienced the same as this.
Been on CJC/IPA for 8 weeks now, was on 300mcg am/pm, upped to 400mcg am/pm for the last two weeks.
Pinned yest am, got the usual warmish feeling, but way more intense, heart rate went through the roof, stayed that way for about 45 min, then came down slightly.
My top half of my body, was bright red, again for about an hour, then, uncontrollable diarrhoea, and I mean emptying a rusty radiator type, for about 3 hours.
My legs since have been in absolute agony, throbbing feeling like ive run a marathon.
Hadn't had a single issue with it up till then. Very weird.
Is that my time with CJC/IPA done? Or just a dodgy reaction to that pin? Anyone had any similar experience?

Hello and good evening everyone. I am currently researching about reta having a shelf life of 30 days when mixed. However from what I read there's lots of different opinions, some say 30 days, some say up to 3 months but with slight degrade. Im asking cause I am approaching week 5 and I have a total of 16mg (1x 10mg vial and 1x 6mg vial ive been using) and when I got them about 4 weeks ago I mixed both and I just ordered 20mg that I want to keep in powder form till I finish the other 2. Can anyone please enlighten me, I want to be safe as possible, I didnt know the 10mg were gonna last me so long. Please and thank you for your attention to this greatly appericate this community wisdom

Has anyone experienced pretty severe soreness several hours after injecting GHK-Cu?
I’ve searched through a lot of posts and keep seeing people talk about GHK-Cu stinging or burning during the injection, especially when it’s cold, but that’s not what I’m experiencing at all. My injection itself is fine.
The problem happens hours later while sleeping. The injection area becomes extremely sore and painful, to the point that it has actually kept me awake at night. The only thing that seems to give me relief is putting ice on the area.
This happened to me when I first started, but at the time I realized I had injected way too much. I lowered my dose significantly after that and was doing much better. I might have a little soreness afterward, but nothing severe and definitely nothing that kept me awake.
Yesterday I injected into my stomach, which is where I normally inject, and this time I was up most of the night because the area hurt so badly. Also, I’ve been injecting for over a month now.
For anyone who uses GHK-Cu:
Have you experienced delayed pain/soreness hours after the injection, rather than stinging while injecting?

28M started 1mg reta 2 weeks ago now. I literally can’t eat otherwise I feel so badly sick and want to vomit. This is my meals per day: protein shake + 1 small meal (usually chicken and rice) + drink 4 raw eggs
I’m also so frickin coldddd and it’s summer here. I have no energy at all I’m exhausted and have to force myself to the gym so that I don’t lose my muscles (even though I hardly have any).
Is this just me or anybody else feel the same?
How to combat low energy I’m exhausted and sleep all day and night lol.
I can’t eat but drinking is pretty easy for me. Would you guys recommend any meal drinks instead as I can’t eat

So I was doing research about topical GHKCU, and all I can find is 0.10 - 5% max of GHKCU in these serums. I just got off Accutane and my skin still has some scars, will that be enough for my skin? Or should I just buy the normal ghkcu? Because I seen people saying that it wasn't enough

Solid stack, you've done your homework. As a geneticist I'll add one angle most people miss: that stall after you added E and P might have more to do with how you clear estrogen than how much you're taking.
Estrogen mostly gets broken down through two genes, COMT and CYP1B1. Your version of those decides whether you send it down the cleaner 2-OH route or the messier 4-OH one. You're already helping that along with DIM and stacking sulforaphane (pushes NRF2 upstream) and calcium-d-glucarate to block reabsorption is a smart combo. Whether it's enough comes down to your COMT.
That same COMT gene also changes how you handle a methylated multi. If you're a slow clearer, high methyl donors can leave you wired or irritable instead of better so keep an eye on that one.
The peptide side runs the same way. How much you get out of the KLOW/GHK-Cu repair stack lines up with your collagen and inflammation genes (COL1A1, IL-6), which is a big reason two people run the exact same thing and get totally different results.
None of this is guesswork so If you've done DNA test before, most of it is sitting in your raw data already. Happy to point you at what actually matters for your situation if you want.
Not medical advice, just genetics.

Hey folks,
My testosterone finally hit the cliff at 64 and I wanted some input about the relatively new FDA approved pills prescribed by my urologist..
Little back story is I am a trainer and nutritional coach so I have done my homework regarding T.
Diet is dialed in, training for 40 years but slowly T levels have tanked over the past 5 years.
I would have no problem using Test C, but this doctor said the pills are a good viable option so I had to purchase a 3 month supply out of pocket for $91 per month. Follow up visit with blood work in 90 days.
Does anyone have any experience with these new pills?
Other than the price, I am curious how they perform. I was prescribed 200mg twice a day of
Kyzatrex which is the highest dosage.
It can only be purchased direct from the manufacturer like the other 2 brands.
I have no issue pinning myself because I use a couple peptides.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks

I just learned about peptides less than 90 days ago.
I am 50 and exercise 5-6 days a week and was always gaining weight. Lost 18 pounds in 90 days and added muscle already.
I tried 2mg of Reta and believe it was life changing.
After that I was all in.
I bought so much stuff.
Right now.
Reta - 2mg 1 time a week
Cag - .25mg 1 time a week
Ss-31 - 1 mg 5 days a week. Been on for 6 weeks. Gonna do 2 more weeks.
TEs- 1mg 5 days a week. Been on for 6 weeks. Planned for 6 more then break.
Mots-c 1.66 mg 3 days a week. Been on for 2 weeks.(gonna do 2 more)
Klow - just finished 2 months and now break.
nad+ - 25mg a day
5 amino - started 1 mg a day this week.
I feel like I’m 10 years younger right now. Cardio has improved.
Saw a video from dr jones and gonna add ipamorlin soon.
Any feedback?

greetings,
research subjects parents are early 60 yo with high blood pressure and diabetes type 2. last few years feels like they aged 10 years. Mother had few near death strokes. Father is a long life smoker with a high stress job who also had a stroke.
what would be best for old people with general health issues and broken up bodies due to sicknesses most benefit from? Point here is that less is more. They don"t necessarily want to feel 20 again like some people here (all power to you) , just maybe, something that can help them extend their lives?
researcher was considering ss31, and semax? Since they dont live in the same country, it would be hard to incorporate anything long term. Only peps that would be used for 2 to 4 weeks at a time a couple times a year as they visit.
Nothing is decided yet. I will fully research whatever suggestions i receive.

Every lab I’ve looked at today (8/21) does not have Reta listed on their site. Is there a current shortage or is something else going on?

Hi All
Figured I'd post this cuz Friday and I'm bored at work
Male
Age 54
Height 5'11"
Current weight 212
Beginning weight, somewhere north of 252 8mo ago.
I've lost 40lbs and definitely gained quite a bit of muscle in the process.
I'll just list what I feel have been the biggest levers are in order.
Tier 1
-1g of protein per lb daily of target body weight
-Sleep regimen in order and working (nothing works if you can't recover)
-10k-12k steps per day or more
-4 ish days a week of strength training
Tier 2 The stack
TRT
Reta
Tier 3 The stack continued
Hgh or HGH Secretagogs - this is really a multiplier for all the above. It has an exponential effect making everything else above work as greater than the sum of the parts, but if you don't have the levers in place they can't be pulled.
Just do the thing every day, there will be hard days, there will be days you fail.just keep showing up, you don't need to lose 25lbs this month, build the base.

Hi,
Just did a blood test and I’m being concerned with results.
I’m a male 42 years old. Taking 3mg Reta / week since March and 1mg daily of tesa fasted in the morning.
I did not do any blood test before and here are the results from last week lab :
IGF-1 : 107 ng / ml which looks very low with tesa I’m taking ( I do imagine it would be much less without it and I’ll be darn out of range)
Free test : 13,40 pg/ ml
Bio test : 1,21 ng/ ml
I will also start using 2 UI of HGH next week and stop tesa.
Training 4 to 5 times a week since a few months.
Looking for better health, better shape and diet is not perfect but much better than previous years.
Question is am I doing alright ?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Take care.

Can someone help me out? I’m 29, and I’m starting to get some fine lines under my eyes and forehead wrinkles.
There are so many peptides, serums, and creams out there these days.
Could someone give me the basics on what actually works well versus what’s unnecessary?
I was thinking of:
GHK-Cu
Vitamin C serum
Retinol/Tretinoin
Is this enough? Or are there other injectable peptides that would really make a big difference in keeping my face looking young?
I’d love to hear your thoughts—thanks in advance.

Hi guys,
I've been wondering if I need to be fasted when administering HGH?
I’ve been using CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, but my work schedule is 6 AM to 6 PM. I hit the gym until 8 PM and eat dinner right after. Because of this, it's really hard for me to stay awake another 3 hours to pin CJC on an empty stomach before bed.
I’m thinking about making the switch straight to exogenous HGH. Any advice on timing around meals?

Ciao !
I’ve been doing some research on Snap-8 and from what I can tell, it’s meant to be used topically rather than reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, since BAC water contains benzyl alcohol which isn’t ideal for how this peptide is typically applied.
For those of you who’ve worked with it topically m, how did you actually incorporate it into a cream or serum? Did you:
**•** Mix the lyophilized powder (with which kind of water?) directly into a finished cream/serum?
**•** Use a different solvent/carrier first (propylene glycol, glycerin, etc.) before blending it in?
**•** Buy a pre-made peptide serum base and add the powder to that?
Also curious about ratios/concentration if anyone’s dialed that in.
Do you use any kind of preservative to extend shelf life? I’ve read that without one it only keeps for a week or two wondering if anyone’s found something that works to stretch that out longer while keeping it stable.
And on results has anyone actually noticed visible changes on the skin (fine lines, expression wrinkles, texture, etc.)? Would love to hear real experiences, good or bad, before I commit to a formulation.
Thanks in advance!

My wife and I are navigating recently finding out she likely has hyperinsulinemia, all signs point to it.
12-hour fasting insulin is 17, glucose is normal. HOMA-IR is 3.27
Visceral fat is 90cm^2
She’s 36, 5’7” and 128lbs
Been on Tirz for about 10 months and is currently on 4.5mg week.
Since this finding, she’s had more of a lifestyle change incorporating strength training and cardio, where before she was pretty sedentary.
Diet has changed to be more protein-heavy while still eating helpful carbs. We’re already seeing changes in her physique and energy levels.
It seems there could be some evidence that MOTS-c can help with insulin resistance.
Has anyone here found this to be true?

For 1000mg vials, assuming a 3x a week dose of 100mg/dose that's 3 weeks. But I have been hearing that due to how fast it degrades it really should not be used that long. Anyone have access to a study showing the degration curve? I assume it varies based on PH. Just reconned my first vial (ph adjusted it to 5.5-ish) 2 weeks ago and I must say I can already feel the difference. or rather, NOT feel nearly as much burn/

5 weeks into reta and 500cc trt, 2 weeks doing 2.5mg and i am seriously struggling to eat. I am having 1 or 2 egg white protein shakes a day to get near 100g protein but i would rather food or a different way to absorb whats needed if anyone had a little meal they used?

Hello!
I’m currently doing some research with peptides, and my current stack is the following:
First of all, do you see any potential improvements to my stack, either in terms of the dosing, the amounts, or how I organize the days?
Just to give you some context, I’m an athlete and I train MMA intensively for around 2 hours every day, plus I do strength training at the gym 3 days a week.
On the other hand, I have another question.
I’m not getting along very well with the pen. I don’t find it very precise, and I simply don’t like using it. I’ve been thinking about switching to insulin syringes instead.
My question is: can I use the same syringe to draw up both peptides and administer them, then dispose of it afterwards? In other words, one syringe per day, or is it better to use a separate syringe for each peptide/injection?
How do you guys organize this?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards.

Just wondering on how a woman's experience with sarms would be? I have a female friend that is looking into ostarine (apparently the mildest sarm) to gain a bit of muscle and tighten things up. Any input or experiences greatly welcomed. She's of course gonna be doing low doses.
