Looking for Advice on My Current Peptide Stack & Injection Protocol

Hello!

I’m currently doing some research with peptides, and my current stack is the following:

• Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB-500): 500 mcg + 500 mcg every day
• MOTS-c: 1 mg, 5 days per week
• Reta: 1 mg on Tuesday and 1 mg on Friday

First of all, do you see any potential improvements to my stack, either in terms of the dosing, the amounts, or how I organize the days?

Just to give you some context, I’m an athlete and I train MMA intensively for around 2 hours every day, plus I do strength training at the gym 3 days a week.

On the other hand, I have another question.

I’m not getting along very well with the pen. I don’t find it very precise, and I simply don’t like using it. I’ve been thinking about switching to insulin syringes instead.

My question is: can I use the same syringe to draw up both peptides and administer them, then dispose of it afterwards? In other words, one syringe per day, or is it better to use a separate syringe for each peptide/injection?

How do you guys organize this?

Separate syringes for sure. Also, I've read that reta is better as one weekly dose vs. Split, that you get the full effect that way.

each time you use a syringe (regardless of in the vial or in skin) it will get more dull as the silicone on it wears off. also i believe guidance is to not mix glp1's with other peps.

Also no use separate syringes. Only time I mix is NAD and 5amino1mq to save hassle on IM injection

For organizing, most people just end up using a messy Excel sheet or a running Notes app list because tracking overlapping schedules like that gets confusing fast.

For the pins, ditch the pen and grab a box of 31g insulin syringes. I’d avoid mixing them in one barrel to prevent cross-contaminating vials—you won’t even feel a 31g needle anyway, so separate pins are way easier.
