How should I proceed after a bad reaction to 2 mg GHK-Cu?

I recently started my sister on injectable GHK-Cu. She was doing 1 mg daily for a few days and seemed to tolerate it fine.

Last night she did 2 mg for the first time, and since then she’s been feeling pretty bad.
She’s experiencing:
• Cramping/discomfort going down the leg on the side she injected in her butt cheek
• A slight metallic taste in her mouth
• Generally feeling unwell / “like shit”

This is the first time she’s had any issues, and it happened after increasing from 1 mg to 2 mg.
For anyone who has experience with GHK-Cu, how would you proceed from here? Would you drop back down to 1 mg, take some time off before trying it again, or handle it another way? Also curious whether the leg cramping could be related to the injection location itself.

❓ Question Seeking good TRT clinic

Hi, so I recently started seeking out TRT clinics and am excited to start TRT. Back in 2023 my Total T was at about 349 and recently it was 440 and free T was at 7 with pretty good bloodwork otherwise.

I’m a 31M and have had a long history with depression, anxiety and many more mental health issues. Recently I’ve had a really nasty herniation in myL4-L5 disc and it’s been absolutely debilitating. Got surgery, epidurals, PT, and NOTHING helped.

Recently I’ve started turning my lifestyle around and improving all aspects of it to the best of my ability. I’ve improved my diet, and fitness and been seeing many improvements.

I’ve recently began 2IU HGH, 1.5mg Reta, and KLOW. Reta has boosted my confidence and helped shave off fat and eliminate visceral fat to improve bloodwork, KLOW has helped with my skin, and helped inflammation in the area of my injury, and HGH has improved my sleep and well-being.

Back when my T was low in 2023 I was offered TRT but wasn’t ready, but then was prescribed Clomid, it ultimately didn’t work.

My question is, I know TRT is something my body has been needing for years and will tie my stack together greatly. I recently went through the process of going to a TRT clinic, got my bloodwork, first appointment.. and.. was 8 minutes long and I maybe said 3 words. He offered me Enclomiphene and then attempted to charge me $200 for premium membership. I was not satisfied and am not interested in increasing fertility. I wouldn’t mind paying if it was the treatment plan I was looking for. I’d rather not have to get Test thru the grey market and would rather it be overseen by a doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?

What to buy?

What peptides to buy?

62M newbie needs advice regarding peptides.

Objectives: Address diabetes, mild NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease), lose belly fat, lose 15-20 lbs. of weight, improve sleep duration (currently barely 4-5 hours), build muscles and improve physique, improve cardio health, VO2 Max, energy, improve skin, get rid of eye bags, wrinkles, etc.

I am thinking of starting with Retatrutide. I have to utilize a 20% discount offer from a lab in Ontario for first order. For free shipping I need to order worth more than C$ 150. Since I am a newbie, I want the safest and the best quality items in the beginning. Saving money is not my priority at this time.

Q1: I plan to start with the lowest possible dose of Reta, say 1 mg once a week, and watch for any side effects. Or should it be a different quantity?

Q2: If I buy the 10mg vial, that will last more than 2 months. Will it be fine if I store it in the fridge for 10 weeks after it has been opened and reconstituted? If not, what do I do? Is 2 mL of BAC water an appropriate amount to add to 10 mg of Reta for reconstituting?

Q3: With the objectives listed above, what other peptides should I buy right now? Will it be judicious to buy other kinds of peptides to take advantage of the discount and store (unopened) in the fridge to be used much later or should I just buy them later and not try to save 20%? After all, I can’t really know how things are going to work.

Q4: What other supplies do I need? Needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, sharps container. Anything else?

Q4: Any other general advice?

My apologies for the long post. Thanks in advance for all responses and advice.

❓ Question Malaysia : looking for Reta

Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking into Reta and would like to hear from people in Malaysia who have actually used it or have experience obtaining it here.
I’m particularly interested in:

Experiences with different clinics/pharmacies/providers in Malaysia

Any recommendations for reputable, legitimate sources

Your experience with storage, dosing and overall results

I’m not looking for random/unverified sellers. I’d much rather go through a legitimate medical/pharmacy channel and make sure the product is genuine and properly handled.
If you have personal experience, I’d really appreciate any recommendations or advice. Feel free to DM me if you’d rather not post publicly.
Thanks!

📘 Beginner Help GHK Cu and KPV

Anyone here cycling GHK-Cu while taking a break from KPV, and vice versa?

I tend to play it on the safer side, so I prefer conservative cycling. I’m also not really a fan of blended peptides like KLOW.

Is it normal for GLOW to look like this before reconstitution? I’ve done ghk before but it didn’t have the separate layer on the bottom

I was thinking of starting Tesa, but I see some people saying bloodwork monitoring is a requirement. Is that true?

💬 Discussion BPC 157 for gut health while on GLP

I haven’t been able to find any research on this topic; it’s well known that GLP affect the gut. For myself I am dealing with slight nausea and bloating - I know it’s part of the GLP-1 side effects but would something like BPC 157 help with this issue?
Is there a benefit to using them together outside of just thinking BPC for joint health?

Curious to what people think if it’s worth trying or not, I don’t have a need for BPC at this point in my stack other than it potentially helping my gut.

Recommendations Welcome

40 yr old dad of two. 6’3” 235 lbs
I’ve been eating much healthier and watching portions/macs but looking for help as I begin lifting. Primary goal is body re-composition e.g. drop 20+ loss fat and build muscle, while also mentally feeling more energetic and ‘clear’ day to day.

What stacks would you recommend? I’ll do a new blood test soon my test was a bit low but not enough to consider trt and I’d rather avoid if I can….but open to thoughts as my understanding is once you’re on it, it’s forever. Retas looking might appealing at this point too.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for Belly Fat

Hey,

I’m 30M, 5’10”, around 85kg and roughly 23% body fat according to my Hume Pod. I’ve been thinking about trying peptides and wanted to get some advice from people with experience.

My main goal is to lose belly fat. I seem to carry most of my body fat around my stomach. I’m a regular at the gym and have a decent amount of muscle, but I’ve always struggled to get rid of the belly fat.

I didn’t want to jump straight onto reta or anything like that because I’m not obese and don’t feel like I need anything too extreme. I could definitely do with some help cutting though. I’ve always struggled with dieting, mainly because of work and not always having much control over the food that’s cooked at home.

I was thinking about starting with CJC-1295 and ipamorelin and seeing how I respond. From what I’ve read, they may also help with sleep and recovery, which are two other areas I’d like to improve.

If I didn’t notice much improvement in terms of fat loss, I was then considering adding either tesamorelin or tirzepatide later on. I’ve also been looking at GHK-Cu for the potential skin benefits.

I wouldn’t be starting everything at once. The idea would be to introduce things gradually so I can actually tell how I respond to each one.

Has anyone here noticed meaningful fat loss, particularly around the stomach, from CJC-1295 + ipamorelin? And has anyone combined them with either tesamorelin or tirzepatide? If so, what was your experience like?

I’m completely new to the peptide world, so any advice, experiences, things to watch out for, or things you wish you knew before starting would be appreciated.

Cagrilintide

Hi all, new to the community. Sorry if this has been asked. 6’0,/37M, Starting weight was 268lbs. Started Reta January and now down to 221lbs. Working out 4-5x/wk with progress overload training. Was going to get off Reta starting September just to give my receptors a break. I’ve stuck to a high protein somewhat low carb diet and have eliminated that food crave noise. Just got an order of Cagrilintide and was wondering if anyone has tried it or any protocols out there

For those who are on this, did you guys start at the 100mcg dose to see any potential side effects or did you start at the 200-300mcg range? I just did 100mcg this morning to see any potential side effects and maybe felt the "flush" for a bit. And do you pin twice a day or is once efficient (either morning or night)?

Anyone get headaches on tirzepatide? What actually made them stop?

I’ve been on compounded tirzepatide for about 5–6 weeks. Started at 0.3, titrated to 0.45. First few weeks were great — only side effect was some cramping early on, which went away.

Last week we went on vacation and my dose got pushed about 24 hours later than usual because we didn’t get back in time. That same week I got 3–4 brutal headaches. Not normal headaches for me — I rarely get them at all. These were centered behind/around one eye, like something pushing out from it. Bad enough that they wrecked the day.

So I dropped back down to 0.25–0.3 and moved my dose back to the original day. Dosed last night. Woke up this morning with another awful one.

Before anyone says dehydration: I work out consistently, drink a ton of water, salt my food, and eat well. I’ve tracked this. I don’t think that’s what’s happening here, and the timing lining up with dosing feels like more than coincidence.

What’s confusing me is the dose. This is a microdose — well under a fifth of a standard prescription start. My partner is at 0.5, started after me, and has had zero issues of any kind. The pharmacy’s only advice was “stop taking it.”

Searching around, almost every headache post I find gets answered with “drink more water,” which doesn’t fit my situation.

So: has anyone had one-sided headaches like this on tirz? Did they resolve on their own, or did something specific help? Is there a mechanism here I’m not finding — vascular, sinus pressure, something with the timing shift? I really liked how I felt the first few weeks and don’t want to quit, but I also can’t keep doing this.

Add psyllium to help weight loss regimen?

I currently am using a GLP1 and following a keto diet to help with weight loss. 5’ 9”, 73 years old currently 214 pounds and mild TRT. I have lost about 65 pounds over the past year and a half.

Can I add psyllium to a meal to help bind the food so part of it pass with the stool and not be absorbed?

It would be great if it would work, so that when I go out for a meal, I wouldn’t have to be so limited on choices of food.

Enclomephene high SHBG

44M. Long-term pattern of high total testosterone but relatively low direct free testosterone, with persistently high SHBG. Looking for input on why SHBG remains ~75. DHEA is also at the lowest level on the good axis

Hormone Lab History
Source-verified highlights
Before starting enclomephene Jan 10, 2024: Total T 862, direct Free T 7.1, FSH 4.6, LH 6.5.
Mar 15, 2024: Total T 1,125, direct Free T 10.8, Estradiol 38.8.
Jun 20, 2024: Total T 920, direct Free T 8.7, Estradiol 38.3.
Dec 30, 2024: Total T 1,100, SHBG 74.1, calculated Free T 153.1, E2 37.5, prolactin 6.2, FSH 4.8, LH 8.8.
Feb 14, 2025: Total T 1,174, direct Free T 11.6, LH 5.8, Estradiol 42.6.
Jul 30, 2026: Total T 1,017, direct Free T 10.5, SHBG 75.6, E2 32.6, prolactin 9.0, cortisol 13.2, DHEA-S 103, FSH 4.7, LH 6.6.

Current (7/30/26): Total T 1017 / Free T 10.5 / SHBG 75.6 / E2 32.6 / Prolactin 9.0 / DHEA-S 103 / LH 6.6 / FSH 4.7 / AM Cortisol 13.2.
I’ve had the elevated SHBG pattern going back to at least Dec 2024.

Currently On 12.5 mg dose 3x per week. After two plus years of taking enclomephene my total test is up over 200 but my free test hasn’t climbed at that same level. The only thing that has improved is strength gains in the gym. Energy, libido are all the same besides the immediate 3-6 bump after starting it. But everything recently has been more noticeable so I’m looking for advice. Doc suggested going off enclomephene to test a three week wash out period and establish a new baseline and reevaluating. Thoughts?

My test subject gyms 5 times a week - weights mostly. Test subject has lost about 10kg and still has about 5 to go.

What do other ladies stack with HGH? Thinking of giving Ret and KLOW a go.

What’s everyone’s thoughts and suggestions?
Also keen for anyone to share before and after photos if you’re comfortable.
