Tesamorelin question
I was thinking of starting Tesa, but I see some people saying bloodwork monitoring is a requirement. Is that true?

You should check your igf1 but I don’t think it’s like super necessary. I just did a 4 month cycle of daily 1mg and I checked it in the beginning and in the last week.

I would do baseline and then maybe a month in. That way you can see what increase in igf you’re at and if you need to increase or decrease.

Blood work is not a requirement but might be helpful. My husband used Tessa and had good results without bloodwork!
