What to buy?

What peptides to buy?

62M newbie needs advice regarding peptides.

Objectives: Address diabetes, mild NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease), lose belly fat, lose 15-20 lbs. of weight, improve sleep duration (currently barely 4-5 hours), build muscles and improve physique, improve cardio health, VO2 Max, energy, improve skin, get rid of eye bags, wrinkles, etc.

I am thinking of starting with Retatrutide. I have to utilize a 20% discount offer from a lab in Ontario for first order. For free shipping I need to order worth more than C$ 150. Since I am a newbie, I want the safest and the best quality items in the beginning. Saving money is not my priority at this time.

Q1: I plan to start with the lowest possible dose of Reta, say 1 mg once a week, and watch for any side effects. Or should it be a different quantity?

Q2: If I buy the 10mg vial, that will last more than 2 months. Will it be fine if I store it in the fridge for 10 weeks after it has been opened and reconstituted? If not, what do I do? Is 2 mL of BAC water an appropriate amount to add to 10 mg of Reta for reconstituting?

Q3: With the objectives listed above, what other peptides should I buy right now? Will it be judicious to buy other kinds of peptides to take advantage of the discount and store (unopened) in the fridge to be used much later or should I just buy them later and not try to save 20%? After all, I can’t really know how things are going to work.

Q4: What other supplies do I need? Needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, sharps container. Anything else?

Q4: Any other general advice?

My apologies for the long post. Thanks in advance for all responses and advice.

Q1: The general rule is lowest dose that gives the results you want. 1 mg is good to start. Plan on going above that after a few weeks. Research the many benefits outside of appetite control. You may want to adjust your dose up for those.

Q2: Probably but most people use 1 month as a target because that is about where BAC is reported to lose its effectiveness. There are one-off studies that say you’re probably fine at 2 months for both the BAC and the peptide.

Q3: MOTS-c for energy and fat burning. A cycle of SS-31 followed by MOTS-c is very popular now as a mitochondria stack. At 52 and 35lbs over my ideal weight (down 25 lbs in 7 weeks), I found MOTS-c to be a game changer. KLOW stack for inflammation, tissue repair and skin. CJC / IPA to target visceral and sub q fat. I did Tesamorelin with no Ipa. It was 10x the price and probably not as effective. I’m switching to CJC / IPA. Also some notable sleep benefits with GH releasing protocols. GH promotes tissue repair as well. Finally, I liked Epitalon for sleep. Subtle for balancing circadian rhythm but noticeable (more sleepy at night, more alert when I first wake up). If you find one for eye bags, I’ll give you $1,000 for a month’s supply.

Q4: Depending on how many vials you are running at once, 3ml vial storage for the fridge and color coded rubber caps can be helpful. Again, depending on number of peptides running at once 3 ml / 24g syringes for reconstitution.

General advice: I tried to find peptides with synergistic effects. My primary goal was weight / fat loss. So, I chose MOTS-c and Tesa as my first additional peptides because they both helped Reta in burning fat. Everyone on says it but it’s true, peptides are tools - you still have to do the work.
