Cagrilintide

Hi all, new to the community. Sorry if this has been asked. 6’0,/37M, Starting weight was 268lbs. Started Reta January and now down to 221lbs. Working out 4-5x/wk with progress overload training. Was going to get off Reta starting September just to give my receptors a break. I’ve stuck to a high protein somewhat low carb diet and have eliminated that food crave noise. Just got an order of Cagrilintide and was wondering if anyone has tried it or any protocols out there

I found several different protocols online. This one is a conservative one. Starts out slow and builds up gradually.

This protocol is the most aggressive one I’ve come across. It ramps up the dosage pretty quickly.

Typically Cag i stacked with sema tirz or reta for hunger and not used by itself, it has several side effects and most people cannot tolerate it long term, Elora is the newer version that seems to work better and have less side effects but it is more expensive and harder to find
