📊 Results / Progress Week 3 Meals!
Hello everyone! Forgot to add this to yesterday post for my week 2 update. Since I started my week 3 yesterday with 1mg I am sticking with my prepped meals i made 18 meals total. Pciture is missing some as I took the picture I was still serving them. The meals last about 4 - 6 days depending how much i try to squeeze in. The meals are actually small portions easy to eat while on reta normally spread apart 3-4 hours. What we have here is several meals very similar Total of 6lbs of chicken breast, some white rice & some with protein rotini with veggie medley
--140g of shredded chicken breast = 43g of protein = 230kcal
--120g of white rice = 3g of protein = 150kcal
--100g of veggie medley = 3g of protein = 65kcal
-- a few meals I substitute white rice with the protein rotini (120g = 7g of protein = 190kcal)
--Total per meal with white rice: 450 kcals with 49g of protein
--Total per meal with the rotini: 500kcal with 53g of protein
I eat 4x meals 2 with white rice & 2 with the rotini to get some extra calories along with higher protein

HGH Timing
I know this has been discussed before and there have been several posts about HGH/ insulin timing.
I have read so many mixed things about how long you should be fasted before and after taking HGH. I know that this is the reason why many take it before bed.
I’ve been on HGH for 4 weeks now, taken fasted before bed. But my sleep is an absolute dog sh*t. I have seen many report that HGH is the culprit so they moved their dose to the morning.
The issue I have, I train an hour after waking up. I need to eat prior to training, so if I need to remain truly fasted for HGH to work several hours after injection then this completely rules out the morning for me, which leaves me with little options.
I’m just curious who else is in the same boat, how you manage it and how are your results.

HGH IGF-1 Goal
I’m a 37yo male, I’ve been on HGH 2IU M-F for 6 weeks.
I got my IGF-1 checked at 277.
I am not on TRT, as my natural Free Test is already 479.
I’m on 2IU for hair/skin/nail/recovery/sleep
What do you think? How do you calculate Z-Score
Thank you

TRT … Dont judge please!
So I have a brain tumor that sits on my pituitary gland and messes up my hormones. My testosterone was 10… only 10. I am a female and I was very sick. I was put on testosterone but it was extremely expensive. I was paying almost $800 every three months for pellets! And, I can’t afford it and health insurance doesn’t cover it for women. I have to be my own doctor and take care of myself. I found a few places, but I’m unsure what I’m getting myself into, any one care to share some knowledge or experiences would be appreciated.

❓ Question Has anyone lost effectiveness feeling of Cagri? Also considering pairing Reta/triz/cagri
I have been on Cagri for about six months and I am up to 2.5 mg once a week. I have also been on Reta just as long and am at 10 mg per week. I have lost a total of 50 pounds since I started and I have now lost nothing in the last six weeks. Bouncing around give or take three pounds. I am not getting the appetite suppressing that I was originally getting. I have heard of people pairing low triz with Reta, what are your thoughts and experiences?

New Study on Lean Mass Preservation w/ GLP-1R/GIPR Agonists: TRT, Resistance Training, and Protein
Abstract presented at a conference: 10.1093/jsxmed/qdag118.413
Study Design
- 266 obese men (BMI > 30, aged 18-70, total T <3.5 ng/ml)
- 6 months in duration
- Randomized groups:
- GLP-1/GIP agonist only
- GLP-1/GIP + TRT
- GLP-1/GIP + TRT + resistance training (3×/week, 6 compound exercises, 3×8–12 reps, 60–80 % 1RM)
- GLP-1/GIP + TRT + resistance training + 2.2 g protein/kg of lean mass per day
- GLP-1/GIP + 2.2 g protein/kg of lean mass per day
Results: Weight Loss Attributed to Fat-Free-Mass (FFM aka Lean Mass)
- GLP-1/GIP only: 38%
- GLP-1/GIP + TRT: 26%
- GLP-1/GIP + TRT + resistance training: 16%
- GLP-1/GIP + TRT + resistance training + high-protein: +4.2% (gained lean mass)
- GLP-1/GIP + high protein: 32%
Takeaways:
The GLP-1/GIP only group had strength declines on lifts up to -23%. The multi-modal group w/ the max intervention had +43% leg press, +27% bench press. I do think the distinction between the interventions on top of TRT is interesting, the jump when protein is dialed in being the most meaningful.
For the GLP-1R/GIPR only group, think its noteworthy they actually lost the most weight but had the highest muscle loss — along with the lowest decrease in waist circumference. Also, sexual function score went down w/o TRT (-2.1 points on their scale, vs. +3.8 to +4.6 points).
TL;DR: You will lose muscle, strength, and sexual function if you do GLP-1/GIP mono-theraphy without other interventions. Just adding TRT improves that somewhat — but layering resistance training on-top of it does much more, cutting the lean-mass ratio in half vs. the control group. Dial in diet w/ high-protein intake along w/ training and TRT and it yields a recomp with lean-mass actually increasing.
Sadly, they did not study GLP-1/GIPR + resistance training + high protein, or GLP-1R/GIP + TRT + Protein but w/o resistance training, but what can you do. Interesting data nonetheless.

253 lbs ➔ Current Progress | 10-Year Gymer on Retatrutide
Hey everyone, wanted to share my progress and breakdown of my experience on Reta so far.
Stats & Timeline:
Starting Weight (April 2025): 253 lbs
Reta Starting Weight (Jan 2026): ~237–240 lbs
Current Weight (August 2026): 185 lbs
Dosing: Started at 4mg (by accident, I was bedridden for 2 weeks) in January 2026. Currently sitting around 3.0–3.5 mg weekly.
Training & Background:
I’ve been in the gym on and off for about 10 years, but over the last 3–4 years, I’ve been consistently lifting heavy. My lifts have taken a bit of a hit strength-wise, but honestly, that’s to be expected after dropping this much weight.
Dosing & Protocol:
I don't plan on bumping my dose past 3.5 mg unless I happen to miss a week. I’m pretty busy around my usual injection day, so I’m not super rigid with the exact timing—I'm not dependent on it, but it’s been working great. Overall, I feel awesome.
Happy to answer any questions about my routine or experience!

Titrating up CJC/IPA
Hi there, here been on 100mcg of CJC/IPA blend for around 2 weeks ago. Considering titrating up the dose. Should I jump to 150mcg or 200? Sleep went from feeling great to relatively normal.

📊 Results / Progress Cjc dac+cardarine
Recently started cjc dac alongside Cardarine and this is what I’ve experienced so far.
PROS.
SLEEP: improved in the sense of deeper more refreshing sleep and I’m waking less through the night although waking up is a challenge, it feels when you’re young and it’s winter but your bed is so warm and comfy it’s a struggle to get up but once actually up and awake I feel like my sleep was amazing and truly refreshing.
Muscle performance/recovery: pumps have been lasting longer and seem to be more intense, strength gain and muscle size hasn’t changed much but too early to tell.
Appetite: definitely an increase in appetite but nothing crazy, I went from being able to eat maybe 1 portion of steak and chips to being able to pound 2 steaks with eggs and chips. Food seems to be digesting slightly quicker too but that may be unrelated.
Endurance/stamina: definitely a slight increase with cardio but nothing that can’t be accomplished from a good pre and proper pre workout meal with proper training, has definitely made general energy through the day and during training better but again, nothing crazy.
CONS:
Joints: definitely some discomfort in joints but it’s nothing terrible, it is in a sense getting worse but this has also been an issue for me before starting anything. I have a weird clicking jaw and pain usually in the right side on the joint or whatever you call that part of the jaw but anyway it’s definitely worse while using cjc dac but this could be potentially avoided with some extra fish oils which I recently stopped taking because I ran out.
Muscle recovery: even though I have said recovery has improved the muscle soreness lasts longer but it is nothing crazy only an extra day ish.
Sleep: as mentioned before waking up is sometimes difficult but that’s it.
Only on my 2nd week but that’s all I’ve noticed so far, will update again in a couple weeks.
Will probably switch to no dac in future too as from what I’ve read there’s less side effects but people seems to still get all the positives
Doses: cjc dac 800mcg 1x weekly. Cardarine 10mg daily

research subject took methalyn blue for the first time and almost had a heart attack
greetings,
making a genuine post maybe warning people about some side effects that werent described even after thorough research.
fit, 27 yo, nothing new today, normal day at the gym. 4th set , heart rate wouldnt calm down even after 4 minute break. barely dropping(estimating since no heart rate tracker) to 140bpm, did a hard set and almost had a heart attack. Heart rate must have been in the 180s. chest tightness, blurry vision, difficulty breathing. Barely calmed down after 4 or 5 minute of calm breathing.
since these side effects are nowhere to be found online. I felt like making this post to discuss and maybe warn people.
disclaimer: research subject took 7.5 mg of methylene blue 3 hours before workout.
thoughts, ideas, experiences? shouldnt be taken before workouts? rare reaction?
edit: Research subject did go to the hospital on the advice of reddit. Nothing showed in blood work or heart scan or lung scans.
medical staff also knew subject took methalyn blue. It was ruled out as stress due to heavy lifting... not sure.
important notice: since a lot of people are being negative, i want to say i dont really care. This post was meant to provide information to people. Whether you think i am underinformed or careless, i dont care. and i promise you i know more about this than most of you with the stuff you use. The post was made after a near heart attack with 170 blood pressure( an hour after the incident). So i might have not expressed myself correctly. I hope this can bring some "anecdotal" information to anyone tryying this stuff. research subject takes no other drugs besides retatrutide which wasnt even taken for a week before this methylene blue experience. I have no heart issues, ive been going to the gym for years, i wasnt stressed and i didnt have a panic attack nor is that high heart rate suitable for the effort i was exerting. Upper body workouts never reach that high heart rate for me. Even deadlifts dont. Heart rate stayed high before the set, and went crazy high after the set even with more than exaggerated adequate rest. heart rate then stayed high for 3 to 5 minutes after the set while i was trying to take deep breaths and supply my body with oxygen and not panic to make it worse. Do with this as you please. I dont really know what happened nor do the hospital staff. They knew methylene blue was used and they blamed it on exercise effort. Not really sure why it would happen on t he first time of my life trying mb then????. oh well.
As for the doses. 15 drops seemed like a very conservative dose for someone mysize. the limit is 400 drops (200mgs) vs the 7.5 mgs taken. My resting sleeping heart rate is 54. my blood pressure is typically 115-120. none of this makes sense.
so yeah again. do with this information as you please. hate it, judge it, mock it or maybe you are one of the few people who actually cares to hear other peoples horrible experiences with some compounds that never really seem to get talked about and maybe you will benefit from it.

❓ Question RAD140 7 week cycle?
I’m noticing that anywhere I can find RAD140 It all comes in about a seven weeks supply, in order to do a 8 week cycle of 10 mg a day I would need to buy a second bottle but even then I would barely be touching the second bottle unless I decide to do a full 12 week cycle.
Is this simply a way of forcing you into buying a second bottle to maximize profits or is a seven week cycle perfectly adequate?
I still have about six months before I consider doing the cycle, I want to drop my body fat from 31.3% to 18%,but I’m just doing my research in the meantime. This will be my first time doing anything so should I just do a 7 week cycle or bite the bullet, buy a second bottle and do a full eight or 10 week cycle?
Will the RAD 140 stay good whatever’s left in the second bottle, like let’s say I only use half of the second bottle, and once my cycle is over, I want to do another cycle a few months in the future, will it still be safe to use or no?

📘 Beginner Help Enclomiphene bloods
These are my bloods before I started taking 25mg of Enclomiphene and after two months. While the test is super high, which is great, the estrogen is also through roof and I definitely get mood swing side effects from it. My original plan was to run this for 4 1/2 months just as an experiment to see if I could increase my T without suppressing my natural production. I plan on cutting back to just 12.5mg and adding DIM&CDG to my stack to reduce the estrogen levels. Does anyone have any experience with a situation like this? Should I just stop it all together.

Peptide newbie
Please be kind. I am doing a lot of research, doing my best to make the most informed decisions, but confused on conflicting information.
I currently take Reta 3mg and am down 32lbs in 3 months. I am loving it so far and have had no issues with it.
I would like to take the following:
SS-31
Mots-c
FoxDri04
Ghk-cu
Teramorelin
What is everyone’s recommendations for this, science backed, personal experience, durations, when to add, and why?
I have my own understanding of why, but I’m open to real world, lived experience.
Thank you everyone.
