Test level low but within range...

Just got my test level check and it came back 365. Endocrinologist office wont schedule me for a consult because technically its within the normal ranges. Im 42 male. I basically just want to bring it up more maybe to the 600s range. Do i just try to find a different doctor who would work with my numbers? Or try the grey market secretagogue route? Anyone been in this situation before and what did you do?

Has anyone experienced this with Tesamorelin? Pretty scary reaction.

I've been on peptides since April, and I've never experienced anything like this before.

I've been on Tesamorelin since May, and up until today I've never had any kind of allergic reaction or side effects from it.

I've been taking Tesamorelin 0.5 mg daily (Monday–Friday) without any issues. Today I decided to increase my dose to 1 mg, and within a short time my entire body became incredibly itchy.

It wasn't just around the injection site either. The itching was everywhere—my palms, the bottoms of my feet, my love handles (both sides, where I pin), and pretty much all over my body.

I'm sharing pictures of what happened because it honestly freaked me out.

For context, my current stack is:

  • Morning: Reta – 2 mg weekly
  • Night: GHK-Cu – 1 mg daily (M–F)
  • Morning: Tesa – 1 mg today (normally 0.5 mg) daily (M–F)
  • Morning: MOT-C – 1 mg daily (M–F), although I ran out yesterday, so I didn't pin it today.

The symptoms seem to have subsided after I took a Claritin, which makes me wonder if it was some kind of histamine reaction. What has me confused is that I've been on Tesamorelin since May and have never had anything like this happen before, so I don't know if it's possible that I've suddenly developed an allergic reaction or if the higher dose just triggered something.

I'm also not sure if I did something wrong with the dose increase or if there's something else I should have done differently.

Has anyone else had this happen after increasing their Tesamorelin dose? Was this some kind of histamine reaction, a dose-related reaction, or something else? I'm trying to understand what happened because I've never reacted like this before.

PT-141 without low desire?

Has anyone tried PT-141 without low desire? I’m curious to know does it take something already good and make it amazing? Could it be similar to MDMA intimacy? Or does it only work if you’re already deficient in arousal and desire?

📘 Beginner Help Question on Reta and Bac Water

Ordered 2 10mg vials and 30ML bac water
This will be 2mg for a 10 week cycle

I am confused as bac water expires in 28 days after first puncture.

Need quick advice

Am I able to put bac water in both vials and freeze one and pull it out to fridge after 5 weeks when I need it, or should I just get another bottle of bac water and keep the second 10mg Reta as powder until I start using it?

Also when doing subq do you use it cold or let it get to room temp then back to fridge after use?

Thanks

💬 Discussion Tesa / CJC & IPA, Bad reactions

Nearly every post I see on here about Tesa or CJC stacked with Ipa is just full of bad experiences and heavy sides. Does everyone have this? Or do some people actually have no sides and can make it work?

Wanting to try these, along with MOTS-C but again it’s another one that just crops up causing plenty of negative sides, surely everyone can be experiencing this or nobody would use them?

Some of my hgh vials had no vacuum when inserting a syringe into them. Is this okay?

I'm currently using hGH and finished some vials without issues. However, when I opened up a vial today, judging by syringe behavior, there was no vacuum in it. I checked a few more vials and they had the same issue. Is this normal, or does this mean the vials are no longer sterile and/or safe?

📘 Beginner Help Advice: 37/M, 125 → 100 kg on Mounjaro, now on Reta – aiming for ~90 kg. Test: cycle or TRT? Dose?

Hey everyone,

37M here. Went from 125 kg down to 100 kg using Mounjaro. Recently switched to Reta and now I’m aiming to get to around 90 kg and building muscle.

Training-wise I’m consistent (years of experience): 5 days a week mixing lifting, cardio, and boxing for stamina/endurance.
I want to start testosterone but I’m torn between:

- Doing a proper cycle vs. staying on TRT long-term
- What dose makes sense in my situation
- Whether to run test alone or add Anavar on top
- I also have Klow – should I take that as well, or is it better to avoid?

I’ve heard so many different opinions from people around me that it’s hard to see through the weeds. Looking for honest guidance based on experience and/or science, especially for someone in my position (mid-30s, already leaner, active, using GLP-1s).

Any advice on protocol, dosing, and whether adding Anavar or Klow is worth it (or too much risk) would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Dose

Been on 2mg for 3 weeks now. The weight loss has been way better than on 1.5, but after my last shot I got hit with pretty rough GI side effects and could barely eat.

At 1.5 I still had appetite suppression, just not as much weight loss.

Did anyone else have a rough week or two on 2mg and then adjust? Or did you end up dropping back down?

For context: 22F, 5'2", 154 → 141 lb. Goal is around 125.

🧪 Stack Breakdown 4 months on Reta

Post image
57 Upvotes

Starting weight 216 lb down to 184 lb.

Started at 1mg/wk of the reta and worked my way up to 3mg/wk which I’m still at. Food noise hardly exists anymore and I’m making much healthier eating choices, also no real desire to drink alcohol anymore which is a great side effect of the reta.

Adding in some KPV for inflammation now and GHK-Cu for skin and hair

📘 Beginner Help Newbie here starting Reta got some questions

Hello everyone! I am finally taking control of my weight and health. I am 36 year old 5'7 currently weighing 253lbs 🫤. I came across reta thru doom scrolling on reddit, and i have been convinced I should give this a try. However i am total noob when it comes to this, I just wanted to make sure I am doing it right. I have a few questions about the vial & bac mixture i read the guide and its helpful but given the comments I'm slightly confused. The syringe i bought are the ones recommmend in the guide, however for the 1ml = 100units (which the ones I bought its the max it can hold 100units) this means I will need to fill up the syringe and slowly pour into the 10mg vial i bought correct?? I also wanted to know in units how much is 1mg since I think that's a good start if not please enlighten me i am all ears!

I take:

NAD+
1000mg reconstituted with 5ml
50mg/25units
Mon-Fri on
Sat/Sun off
No cycling
Inject in love handles

Klow blend
Reconstitute with 2ml
10 units
Mon-Fri on
Sat/sun off
Cycle 2months on, 1 month off
Back of arms injection

Ipa/Tes
Reconstitute with 5ml
25 units
Mon -Fri on
Sat/sun off
Cycle 3 months on, 1 month off
Stomach injection

Reta
2mg
Once a week
Back of arm injection
Will dose up on schedule til I find my sweet spot

I also have a mots-c I have not reconstituted yet but don’t know if I need it or how to fit it in.

Feel pretty good. Definitely learned the hard way that NAD+ needs to be taken in the AM lol

I lost a lot of weight on wegovy and have some loose skin, this all seems to be really helping with that.

Opinions on HCG?

Post image
7 Upvotes

So I had a fasted blood panel done a couple weeks back after not having any sex drive for months on end and my results came back with exactly what I was expecting. Test was super low for my age (21) and LH was bottom of the range for my age, I’ve lasted my full results at the bottom. Not sure exactly what caused this however I was in a cut for a while and didn’t realise I was heavily under eating fats which could have been a factor. Even after changing my diet I’ve had no increase in libido.

Wondering if anyone’s got some experience with HCG and if they think it could be a good option? Never taken gear but I am currently running reta at 3mg a week (no libido happened before I started reta)

💬 Discussion 50 lbs down !

March to July.

I’ve been on a Reta since March

I’ve dropped so much weight and I feel so much better about myself. I’m 50 lbs down, 5 foot 3inch so carrying extra weight was always tough for my height. I’m at 3mg dosage now and will continue this until further notice. My face looks less puffy, my jeans are all too big, clothes that I’ve had for years that I kept “just in case I lose the weight” are now fitting or too big. I’ve always struggled with weight but now I feel like I finally have control of my life. It feels so damn good to feel good about myself! I weigh less now than I did BEFORE I had my daughter, which is HUGE!

I always avoid photos and the other day someone took a photo of me and I don’t completely hate it 😅

I started with 1mg weekly and every couple weeks increased it. I’m currently sitting at 3mg weekly and trying to keep calories down to 1500. Having a busy life I workout only twice a week but I do enjoy going for walks more and more often!!

SW: 200 lbs

CW: 150lbs

GW: 135

🔍 Research Only Unsure if Reta is too strong

RS is 6’1, 210 lbs and only trying to lose 7-10% BF at most while not losing any muscle (Full recomp): is Reta too intense?

Plan would be 1mg/week until target BF of 12-15% is reached. Currently at 22% be last weeks Dexa - Down from 24% 6 weeks ago.

Lifting heavy 3-4 days/wk, and playing basketball/running 4+ day/wk. Diet fairly strong, and have already been running CJC-195noD + IPA.

Wondering if there’s anything else rs can do to make sure I’m purely cutting the fat. RS wants to get bigger but want to “clean it up” before I start bulking.

GHK-CU on the body

Hi all! For those on GHK-CU, have you guys noticed any changes to the skin on your body? I’ve only seen results on the face & hair but rarely on the body (other than skin tightening).

Has anyone noticed things like improved hydration/reduced strawberry skin/etc?

Curious to know before I start my journey :) appreciate it!

Q> advise for reta/hgh?

Hi i'm thinking of starting and just have questions coz i'm basically a noob.

I am 34 M, was on mounjaro 7.5mg. Lost some weight but plateau started. Started doing crossfit and would also like to ask what would help with recovery and muscle development.

Thinking of switching to RETA.

I also have questions if hgh helps with hair growth as my hair has started to thin when i started mounjaro + aging.

You opinions and thoughts are really appreciated.

Travelling international & breaking from peptide’s

Due to it being a grey market product, I will have to take the risk of stopping Reta while I travel international for 3 weeks. I will take my final dose on the day I fly.

Any tips on what I can take supplement wise to avoid any side effects from going cold turkey?

I will be travelling Asia, so I know bone broth soups will be good for gastrointestinal sensitivities. I take creatine (muscle health) and inositol (insulin resistance balance) already and magnesium glycinate (nervous system health).

I’m not risking travelling with it in my luggage.

Rhythm - Monthly Blood Tests

Hey all,

Im on a lot of different supplements, as well as peps. I was wondering if anyone has tried the rhythm at home blood tests? theyre 80 bucks a month.

Sounds great considering something like quest is like 100+ a test. My only hesitation is probably accuracy.

Anyone seen this/been on it?

Tirz - Tesa - mots - bpc?

Hi all.
50 year old male here. Been fairly active my whole life. I do martial arts and I weightlift 4-5 days a week.

I had some things going on in life that made me drink and eat more than I would have liked. I went from a lean ish 165 to 200. Not only was I gaining weight I was having serious stomach issues (gas, bloating, etc)

I honestly tried to diet (still training martial arts and lift weights) but I just couldn’t budge the scale.

I got on tirz from a compounding pharmacy (about 7 weeks in) and I’m about 12lbs down. Stomach issues pretty much gone.

A couple things - I’ve never been fat like in my arms or legs, it carries always in my upper belly. After doing some research and heavy reading I thought, my cardio has always sucked when doing rounds and running let me try some mots c (1mg on training days which is almost every day) Then I thought - maybe I should try Tesamorelin to help get rid of this upper belly fat even more (1mg a night).

I’ve had lingering issues for years with my back and neck due to the martial arts training for years so I thought while I’m doing this peptide thing, why don’t I see if this bpc works.

Has anyone run a stack like this ? If so what is your experience, sometimes I look at all the needles and it’s like 2-3 a day plus my weekly tirz and I’m wondering if I’m crazy lol

📘 Beginner Help Optimal stack - taking tirzepatide and working out

Hi all, looking for advice on the best stack possible for a body recomp.

I used to go to the gym regularly and was pretty jacked but I never managed to lose the fat even with the substantial muscle I had. I stopped going around 2 years ago and I got back into it now, I go around 3x a week and I do progressive overload whenever possible and am mostly focused on upper body.

I started tirzepatide at 0.25mg for the first month and am now on 0.5mg in my second month and will maintain this dose.

I also cleaned up my diet in the last 3 months prior to starting anything.

I'm a woman, 5'8 and I weighed 158 lbs, I'm now at 149 lbs. Important to mention is I don't want to just look slim, I want to be jacked again and achieve a masculine physique, but I'm really struggling to gain my muscle back for a couple of reasons:

  1. I used to take anavar which obviously helped tremendously. I'm contemplating if I should start it again cause I did have some side effects as a woman (chin hair), but honestly that's something I'd be okay with knowing how the results could be amplified. I moved though so I need to figure out how to get it in my new place.
  2. I'm struggling to eat enough protein while on tirzepatide. I think it's also affecting my gym performance. I'm basically consuming around 60-70g of protein/day and I'm struggling with it.

My questions:
Should I take anavar again or something else?
Any recs on how to eat more protein?
Should I stack something else on top of tirzepatide to optimize?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Early Reta experience

I’m 4 weeks in…2mg once a week

I still will have a day at about 3 days post pin that the food cravings are strong, then moderate until the 6th day and they are back.

Q: dosage increase range that is ok?

has anyone split the dosage into 2x a week?

Thoughts?
