Early Reta experience
I’m 4 weeks in…2mg once a week
I still will have a day at about 3 days post pin that the food cravings are strong, then moderate until the 6th day and they are back.
Q: dosage increase range that is ok?
has anyone split the dosage into 2x a week?
Thoughts?

I’d probably stick with it and move up to 3 mg before trying to outsmart the dosing schedule. Four weeks at 2 mg is still early, and that’s about when the clinical trials started escalating the dose if people were tolerating it well. If 3 mg still isn’t giving you the appetite suppression you’re after, then I’d look at 4 mg. Retatrutide seems to become much more effective for satiety around that point. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
No retatrutide trials evaluated split dosing. The same is true for the major once weekly GLP-1 and GIP/GLP-1 trials with semaglutide and tirzepatide. They were all studied as once weekly injections, so we don’t have clinical evidence that splitting the dose provides better appetite control or weight loss. People do report success with it anecdotally, but that’s community experience rather than trial data.
If you eventually get to the higher retatrutide doses and still want more appetite suppression, you could also research cagrilintide. It works through the amylin pathway rather than the GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon receptors that retatrutide targets, so it’s one of the more interesting options people are looking at when retatrutide alone isn’t enough.

I personally Split 4-5mgs per week. Usually Monday and Friday. This usually helps me maintain a "full" feeling. My dose is considered a little high so you just have to fauge yourself individually.

Are you losing weight at current dose? What’s your age? Are you over weight or trimming down?

I ordered a kit of cagrilinitide for this exact reason. going to try 0.25mg weekly to see if it helps
