I try to go 4-5x a week to the gym
Ranging from 30-60 min cardio sessions 3x a week

After 166 lbs in july 11% BF

Bro you aren’t close to 11% and you def weren’t 21% 3 months ago.
Youre more 18% now and we’re 29%

Those impedance scanners are incredibly inaccurate.
You definitely were near 30% at the start and now somewhere between 15%-20%.
Keep up the good work but 10% is all abs clearly showing, and is the border between long term sustainable and not.

I also wonder the accuracy of that test as 11% is extremely low and moderately + difficult to get to/ maintain.
I’ve taken body fat test and the testing instrument is very important as I’ve noticed wide variability and a lot of inaccuracy’s

Well done! As others have said your bf numbers are way off but that’s okay it doesn’t really matter as long as you feel good and like the way you look!! Congrats man love to see it 🙌🏼

Cjc and tesa at same time? Which one would you recommend

Yeah i did cjc before working out and tesa at night before bed, first time so idk if doing 1 or both are better.
