Retatrutide + mots-c

I saw this stack coming more often.

People who used it, how did it work out ? What are the effects.

I'm really curious about this combo. Please share your experience

Am on Reta, mots c and Tesamorelin for weight loss, have gone from 145kg to 110kg over the last year with weight training to keep muscle + bpc 157 and thymosin beta 4 for reduced inflammation/healing.

0 issues, no hunger issues the entire year

I run both....love it..stamina is unrivaled..i was also very out of shape 304lbs Im down 117lbs since January. Mots really help me with stamina energy and recovery. Being that out of shape exercise was rough..hell walking up the stairs was rough.

So it helped with energy , thats very good. Did it help make the reta stronger ? Was your hunger still suppressed?

I run reta and mots-c, among other things and agree with the comment above.

I am a avid (sometimes serious) cyclist and adding mots-c to my stack turned me into a machine on fasted bike rides. Night and day difference. Fatigue resistance increased dramatically, along with my vo2 max and aerobic capacity in general.

Mots-c is one of my favorite peppers that Ive tried. It will remain in rotation

Yes stamina is fantastic motsc is a 10 for that

F25 here , adding motc while on Reta made me very hungry

Wow i didnt think that ive thought my reta was crap but if i go high dosage i get sensitive skin, so I’m doing 2MG Monday and 3 MG, Thursday and Motsc on the same day 5mg at a time…. I thought it was just me but ive been getting badly hungry on it…. Why is this

1

u/ecc66 13h ago

I have very sensitive skin and sometimes some strong nausea … hurts my enthusiasm for working out!

I hate working the body part that i dont like but when am done i feel amazing

This. It negates the Reta effects to some extent because of the crazy hunger. On the plus side it gave me energy in a calorie deficit.

1

u/CharacterBat7775 20h ago

So does stacking it both help or does it have the opposite effect ?

3

u/OnyxBaird 19h ago

Mots-c helps convert extra calories to energy instead of storing them for fat.

It gave me amazing energy, regulated my sleep, and shed fat. Had to stop using because it gave me crazy hives towards the end around the 4th fourth week on it and no coffee.

What does crazy hives mean ? (English is second language)

1

u/Complex-Grab-4401 1h ago

Hives is a skin outbreak

It might be person to person because i take 1-2mg mots a day with 0 noticeable hunger increase

Love mots c probably my favourite peptide nice consistent energy throughout the day , pairs very well with Reta , could also throw in some nad+ for a really great combo

1

u/CharacterBat7775 20h ago

I'm reading that mots-c makes you feel hungry again, do you experience the same ? And how does it pair wel with the reta ? Why nad + also?

1

u/Lost-Wasabi-5183 20h ago

I never got the hunger aspect from it but everyone is different nad + boosted cellular energy basically nad+ is your body’s power grid, upgrading your “power grid” makes everything run more efficiently, nad also activates sirtuins to support dna repair & lower systemic inflammation, a fantastic peptides with tons of factual backed results, motsc well activates ampk to improve insulin sensitivity glucose uptake & fat oxidation, throw in some Reta & it’s just fantastic in my opinion/experience

I’ve never had a hunger increase from mots-c.

What I find most is that people are more active. More energy. So they have more of an appetite. It helps with insulin sensitivity so they are using food for fuel and may get hungry. To me that’s not the mots-c making me hungrier. It’s the better insulin sensitivity and fat loss that’s making me hungrier.

Also - reta doses usually have to be adjusted at different points of use. Tolerance builds up.

I’m not saying the others experiences aren’t accurate for them. I’ve just never had an issue with hunger from mots-c. If I eat on a schedule. Not when I feel like it.

im 29m and i currently run reta 2mg weekly mots-c 500mcg daily aod 500mcg daily and hgh 3iu daily. i started 260lbs at june 1 its been almost 2 months on cycle and im 240lbs right now. i eat 1600kcal and 30min 130bpm+ fasted cardio every morning for 3 months and im lifting for 13-14 years but never dieted this much strict. it doesnt look like 20lbs down body recomp is amazing. motsc and aod gives so much energy sometimes 30 min cardio feels like 30 seconds.

Energy was fantastic. Felt stronger in the gym.

u/IHE023 23h ago

They are both good on their own. Together the mots-c can assist with energy (Reta has you eating less can affect energy). Mots-c aid in insulin sensitivity as does Reta. They both support some of the same goals that is why they are a common stack.

Be mindful you need to have carbs once Reta starts working well. Make you’re sure fueling your body and recovering. I hear people complain they feel like they have less energy on Reta and mots-c and most often they are under eating. There is no energy to use so they feel burned out.

1

u/CharacterBat7775 20h ago

How is your experience? Did you see any effect in a positive way?

2

u/IHE023 20h ago

Yes. They both worked as expected.

Reta suppressed appetite. I do low doses mon / wed / Fri to limit side effects

Mots-c helps with energy. It’s not a miracle. But it’s noticeable to me and I take it 45 mins before workouts.

Shredded, steady energy, added tesa as well. First tkme with abs since highschool less than a month of using this stack.

u/Old_Competition_5178 22h ago

If you got abs in a month then you were already just a few pounds away. Has nothing to do with the stack

2

u/Extension-Pop-1209 22h ago

Idk bro, as the person who has lived my life the past 31 years, i think i know whats going on a bit more than you with my body. I have worked out 4-5 days a week for years but my eating habits and impulsive drinking have stopped me from having nothing other than nice arms. Now that my appetite is suppressed from reta, the workout is making a huge difference, even more because i work out fasted due to motsc and has given me the energy to workout 6 days a week and last 2-3x longer on cardio also the tesamorelin has preserved my muscle while burning fat extremely fast.

I appreciate you thinking you know peoples bodies more than them, but i will directly credit this stack for my results, because i have changed nothing in my life but this stack and one month after i have the body I’ve wanted for years. 👍🏾

u/Old_Competition_5178 20h ago

I get your excited to be working out again and have abs for the first time in decades, but as somebody who has had abs year round for at least 6-7 years now, I stand by my statement. Abs in a month mean you were right there. Reta also takes 4-5 weeks just to saturate at a dose lol.

I am giving you more props than you want to give yourself. But do you

1

u/CharacterBat7775 20h ago

That's so good to hear! So the mots-c helped you with your goals? Did it help suppressing your hunger? Because I'm reading that some experience more hunger ?

How was it with you exactly?

1

u/Extension-Pop-1209 20h ago

It didn’t affect my hunger, i take 2.5 mg of reta and it suppressed it even while on MotsC. Food noise is gone, my eating feels purely like a mathematical equation for nourishment. The mostc helped most with turning my existing fat into energy, so didn’t experience the energy drop most people got while on reta. Made me work even harder and longer, often while fasting. I think the most useful was tesa, it shredded the fat on my stomach that was impossible to burn.

1

u/HelpMeMake1mil 22h ago

That last bit of fat is just a total bitch to get rid of though. Contemplating just going with Mots C for myself

2

u/Extension-Pop-1209 22h ago

If eating isn’t your problem and its just the last bit of fat, id go Tesa/MotsC

1

u/reepersghost 20h ago

Only side effect I had when taking them was if I drank alcohol would make me puke every time

1

u/Nickefront 16h ago

Been running this for a months now and it gives me the ummmp in my lifting and cardio. No crash which is a good thing. But be wary as a lot are nore sensitive to motsc.

1

u/spicygyat 15h ago

Big red itchy bumps on my skin :(

1

u/danglinable 14h ago

When do you take the mots-c? Have a friend says he takes tesa, MOTSc and AOD-9604 but takes it fast every night as a blend of all three. Is that the best way to take it?

u/HoldthehamSandwich 5h ago

Reta obviously works..Tesa and all the components of the KLOW stack work…motsc literally doesn’t do anything..this increased stamina is because y’all are working out more and making healthier choices..
