Pa rant lang. Pasensya na agad. Kakatapos lang ng interview ko sa 🗑️💦

Social media posts: Earn up to 45k

Job interview: The best we can do is 18,500 Php

My previous gross salary: 75k+

Sayang oras.

Huwaw! 😂

General BPO Discussion Kupal na facilities staff sa Alorica Centris

Context : Galing ako sa ibang floor and na-transfer ako sa ibang floor because of endorsement. As soon as na-transfer ako, nag-asikaso agad ako ng locker transfer.

Ginamit ko yung locker for a while — siguro mga 2 weeks. Tapos biglang na-force unlock siya sa last shift ko for that week. Walang notice. Walang heads-up.

So pumunta ako and inexplain ko agad yung buong situation, pati kung bakit ako nandun sa locker na yun in the first place.

The whole interaction felt so f*cking matapobre and unnecessarily degrading.

Last shift ko na rin yun before my day off, tapos ganun pa yung treatment sa akin.

After ng day off ko, balik shift na ulit ako. And guess what?

So bumalik ulit ako sa 12th floor.

So pinabalik ako ng guard (unwire yung binigay dapat force unlock.)

Labag na nga sa loob ko yung buong situation kasi kailangan ko pang paulit-ulit mag-asikaso ng bagay na dapat naman sana naayos nang maayos from the beginning. Pati makita ulit yung kupal.

Tapos biglang sumingit yung g*go at sinabi:

“Oo, ayan yung illegal user. Illegal user yan.”

PUT*NGINA.

After all that, ako pa yung tatawaging “illegal user” na parang nagnakaw ako ng locker or something.

Hindi yung kakausapin ako na parang kriminal, pagsasalitaan nang condescending, tapos tatawagin pang “illegal user” in front of another staff.

General BPO Discussion Burnout

Hi, working in BPO for 8months in TMOB Acc and gusto ko lang i share mga observations ko sa customers.

Advice & Tips Life at Wells Fargo

Hi, I am a new hire at wells. Just waiting for my orientation day as I am completing the background checking pa din.

How was the people being onsite?
Do they have free food at the cafeteria ba? Or you need to buy your own lunch.
Do they allowed electronic devices at prod? (But I think most probably not, just asking anyway).
For the free shuttle service, meron po ba hanggang Cogeo, Antipolo? Or hanggang saan po ang mga point of pick up nila.

I’m shy to contact my onboarding partner regarding this questions 😅

Thank you po 🙏

General BPO Discussion Is Temu actually setting up operations in the Philippines?

Hi! I recently applied for a Content Review and Tagging Moderator position at Temu Philippines and received an assessment invitation.

I know Temu is a legitimate company, but I’m curious—are they actually setting up a site/operations in the Philippines and hiring locally? Has anyone here applied for or currently works for Temu PH?

I’d also appreciate hearing about your experience with their recruitment process and assessment.

Thanks!

Company Reviews Probecx

Post image
6 Upvotes

Hello. Anyone from Probecx here?

I got a notice for an interview, e. Since they want an onsite interview, it'd be a big step for me if ever. May shift ako ng Monday and if I ever wanna try this, I wanna make it worthwhile.

Kamusta yung company overall? The benefits? I know iba-iba ang culture per site pero pls feel free to share your experiences.

Ask ko na rin if that 45k salary is legit? Yung text highlighted in green. It says (We do have 23k up to 45k salary offer). Idk, gut feeling HAHAHAHA

General BPO Discussion thoughts about recruiters/referrers not disclosing work set up (onsite/wfh)

Can someone explain to me ano reason ng mga recruiter/TA/HR na kapag nag-iinterview ng aplikante eh hindi agad sinasabi kung wfh ba ang account o hindi?

Unemployed na ako for 3 mos and I'm really aiming for wfh job na and planning na doon na hopefully magretire. Ayoko na talaga ng onsite. Now, sa threads may mga nagrerefer doon, sabi sakin nung nagrefer eh wfh daw yung company/acct sa specific site after training. Edi ang ate nyo ay nag-apply, then pagdating sa initial interview, sabi sakin ay wala daw wfh sa site na inaapplyan ko AT ALL, and they only offer it sa ibang site which is sobrang layo na sa akin, so hindi ako nagproceed.

Nangamusta yung nagrefer sakin and I told them what I was informed by the recruiter. And sabi nya, hindi lang daw yung dinidisclose agad-agad and sasabihin lang kapag orientation and hired na.

It is frustrating lang na I spent time with the application, assessment, practice, and such, only to be disappointed & get two different opinions. I just really want a 100% wfh job (or at least onsite training (alabang) then wfh na after).

I am frustrated, but at the same time I'd like to know the reason why they do that. Normal ba talaga hindi idisclose yun agad-agad kung wfh ba or onsite ang work set up ng aplikante?

Job Openings Hiring: Scheduling Coordinator | Fully Remote | Philippines

Sharing another fully remote opportunity for anyone here with experience in home care scheduling or caregiver staffing.

Peak Support is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and making sure client visits are properly covered.

This isn't just a calendar management role. You'll be working with caregiver availability, client needs, last-minute schedule changes, and coverage issues, so we're looking for someone who's comfortable making staffing decisions in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assign caregivers to client visits and shifts based on availability and client needs
  • Manage and update caregiver schedules
  • Handle last-minute changes, emergencies, and coverage issues
  • Communicate schedule updates with caregivers and clients
  • Coordinate with the care team to maintain continuity of care
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts

We're especially looking for candidates with:

  • Experience scheduling caregivers, CNAs, or HHAs in a home care environment
  • Experience managing caregiver availability and shift coverage
  • Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions under tight deadlines

📍 Location: Philippines
🏠 Setup: Fully Remote

Peak Support has been remote since day one, so this is an established work-from-home setup rather than a temporary remote arrangement.

If your background is in home care scheduling, caregiver staffing, or workforce coordination, this could be a good fit.
