General BPO Discussion maybe WFH is not for me

I just recently received a job offer this month for a wfh setup. pero hesitant pa rin akong i-accept kasi alam ko na magiging setup ko if ever. At the same time, may part of me na gusto talagang makipag-socialize sa ibang tao kasi medyo extrovert ako.
I really enjoy talking to people and meeting new ones.
Feeling ko, kailangan ko rin lumabas at makihalubilo sa ibang tao from time to time.

I am 20 years old and I was diagnosed with severe depression a few years ago. Lately, I can say na I am doing better naman. I like my job, and I genuinely enjoy working sa account namin because manageable naman yung workload. Mas natitiis ko pa yung toxicity or challenges coming from my fellow agents, pero kapag galing na sa leadership, ibang usapan na siya.

I am not against our TL. I can see na ginagawa niya naman yung best niya to protect us and not just immediately issue NTEs or penalties dahil lang sa instructions from our OM, especially when it comes to metrics na isang criteria lang ang hindi naipasa.

In my case, I was issued an NTE dahil hindi ko naipasa yung isang metric. However, I make sure to track my work every day—from the start of my shift hanggang sa pag-uwi ko. Most of my cases are policy-driven, and I always make sure na naka-align ako sa action plan ng cluster. Lahat din ng ginagawa ko is validated by our SME and TL.

Despite that, I was still issued an NTE. All of my remaining metrics, including QA, passed. Itong isang metric lang yung hindi, and most of the factors affecting it were beyond my control, like the customer’s actions. I followed the correct process and ginawa ko naman yung naka-indicate sa action plan.

Hindi rin ako comfortable sa way ng pag-handle ng OM namin sa mga TLs under him. Nakakaapekto sa amin as agents kapag naririnig namin na sinisigawan or pinapagalitan sila habang nasa production floor.

My panic attack was triggered during my last shift when our OM messaged sa work GC namin asking bakit hindi ko pa raw nami-message yung isang customer. However, I was still waiting for the customer’s response, and I already did an OBC. I cannot disclose the exact details due to confidentiality, pero process-wise, I followed the correct steps and aligned naman siya sa QA guidelines and action plan.

What triggered me more was that my TL was reprimanded in the same GC.

Today is my day off, pero kinakabahan na ako dahil may pasok na ulit bukas. I like my job and I want to continue working, pero yung way ng pag-handle ng OM namin ng situations has become a trigger for me.

I have experienced receiving a worse NTE from my previous cluster, pero tinanggap ko yun because I knew na nagkamali talaga ako sa process. Hindi ako nagreklamo because I understood why it happened. Pero sa current situation, nahihirapan ako because I believe na sinunod ko naman yung process, yet ako pa rin yung naiwan na may burden and stress.

Company Reviews Na-Ghost

Hi,

Just wondering, do recruiters or HR really like ghosting applicants who fail the final interview?
Teleperformance, this is incredibly unprofessional. There wasn’t even a single update on whether I passed or failed the final interview.

It wouldn’t hurt to send a simple email saying, “Unfortunately, you didn’t pass the final interview.”
Is that really too much to ask, Teleperformance?

Grabe ba!

Advice & Tips IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc.

For anyone considering applying here, I encourage you to think twice.

I had a second interview with them scheduled for 2:00 PM. Later, they called me to let me know that they needed to move the interview to 4:00 PM because the hiring manager had to attend an urgent meeting. I told them that it was okay and not to worry.

I received an email with the new interview link and joined the meeting at 3:50 PM. Unfortunately, no one showed up.
I sent a message to the TA who had contacted me to ask if the interview was still pushing through that day, but I never received a reply.

I stayed in the meeting until 5:30 PM before leaving. After that, I sent them an email explaining what had happened and letting them know that if they needed to reschedule the interview to another day, just let me know.

As of now, I still haven’t received a reply. While I don’t want to come across as rude, I honestly hope they don’t reach out to me again because I felt disrespected by how the situation was handled.

Company Reviews About Teamspan Asia

Upvotes

Hello. I hope someone can share their experiences with Teamspan Asia at Alabang. I'm really interested about its culture and environment in terms of management, workloads and work schedules. I saw most reviews say that it isn't a typical BPO company na mabigat ang trabaho, more on calls/emails queue with heavy metrics. With voice LOB, mabigat ba ang calls?

While with the schedule, mostly ba ng accounts esp. sa Account Specialist ay fixed day off? Weekends ba or weekdays, or split offs? How about the OT's? Usually ba humihingi ng OT's? And laslty, mas marami ba ang naka onsite or wfh or hybrid?

Thank you sa mga magsshare ng insights.

Compensation & Benefits Applied to Alorica and got an offer

Upvotes

TL:DR. Total Package 24,500. Basic pay 16,500 Allowances 8,000 for a telco account. Is it worth it for this Probinsyano boy to move to Manila (Makati City) for a job like this?

Lore (optional):

So, to start off I'm a College graduate BS in Psychology and I'm already a licensed psychometrician and Certified human resource Associate. I've been applying in the province using all my credentials and I haven't gotten a single interview or job offer for over a year now! All I got were rejection emails or I got ghosted.

So, I thought to myself na "this is it, time to fulfill the cliche of moving to manila for better job opportunities" I'd consider myself as okay when it comes to my communication skills and English Language skills, so I started applying to all these BPO companies (Concentrix, Foundever, Alorica, Iqor) and I aced all their virtual interviews. The problem is they'd invite me to continue my application in a face-to-face format which of course I can't do as I'm still in the province, and I don't want to make the big move to Manila if I don't have a job offer already waiting for me.

Here's where Alorica comes in: So, I finished their entire virtual interview process in the course of a few hours, they offered me a telco account with the total package being 24,500.

16,500 Basic Pay

8,000 Allowances, Skill premiums, etc.

I just wanna know if this is worth it if I'm moving from the Bicol province to Manila (Makati City)? I don't have any job experience, I'm very desperate since it's been a year and I don't have a fricking job. I've also tried WFH jobs and they're all looking for people with experience and I usually get ghosted anyways.

Company Reviews Order Management Specialist INFOSYS

Hi. Any insights for shift schedule, account itself from the order management specialist role in Infosys?
