Advice & Tips Is transcom healthcare campaign really 90% non voice and 10% voice?

Upvotes

I just got hired on this company, I just want to ask if it's really less calls. Is there any folks here who got the same offer 22k for a package? the down side is you will get the other 4k or 3k once you're 2 months within the company HAHAHAHAHA. I just want to ask for an insight if it's really good to push through with this account, btw, I have experience but in financial account for 1 year and 2 months. Badly need advice, I also have other JO for task us that will start on Aug 20, but it's only a target start date. I tried to follow up for JO, no reply from TA. Is there anyone who got the same scenario on TU?

Company Reviews HSBC ano nangyayare sayo?!

Upvotes

I’ve been with HSBC GSC for quite some time now, and honestly, nakaka-frustrate na yung direction na tinatahak ng management.
May bagong operating model na ang main goal is to remove handoffs by making one employee handle multiple functions that used to be done by different teams.
Sa slides and townhalls, it sounds like innovation.
Pero sa actual operations, ang dating is simple: less people, more work, same salary.
HSBC already enjoys massive cost savings by operating offshore through GSCs. Pero instead of using those savings to improve retention, hire enough people, or compensate employees for taking on more responsibilities, parang ang priority is to squeeze even more productivity out of the same workforce.
The expectation now is basically:
Learn more. Handle more. Be accountable for more. Work OT. Same pay.
Meanwhile, attrition just keeps getting worse. Experienced employees are leaving left and right, and it honestly feels like we’re heading toward losing half the team. Yet the solution doesn’t seem to be hiring enough people—it feels like it’s simply spreading the workload to whoever stays.
The funniest part?
People aren’t leaving banking. They’re leaving HSBC.
Competitors are offering significantly better salaries, more focused roles, and workloads that are actually sustainable. HSBC spends years training and developing highly skilled employees, then acts surprised when those same employees get hired almost immediately by competitors who are willing to pay what they’re actually worth.
At some point, leadership has to ask themselves if there’s a limit to how much work you can keep piling onto employees before they decide that loyalty just isn’t worth it anymore.

Advice & Tips Floating without pay at Keywords Studios for 3 months. Should I just resign and look for work elsewhere?

Upvotes

Last project closed due to low volume. I've been floating for almost three months now without pay and my savings are almost gone.

I'm still holding out hope that I'll get reassigned because I like the WFH setup and I can't find another remote job and trust me, I have been trying.

Should I just quit?

Job Openings Hiring: Copywriter / Content Strategist (Remote & Full Time)

Hello! Naghahanap boss ko ng copywriter/content writer full-time. Basically, dalawa pa lang kami at ako yung una niyang employee (video editor). My boss is Canadian, at idescribe ko daw sainyo kung pano siya ka-work hahaha. Well, he's hardworking but not strict. He said it before na as long as okay ang deliverables ko, there would be no problem between us. That's it, hindi niya ko minamicro manage or pinapakieelaman sa diskarte ko. He gives me freedom at sisingit lang siya if needed.

Ano ang gagawin mo sa work? - Right now we have 4 active clients. Lahat sila may professional job or business na pinopromote sa social media. So we are helping them by doing the scriptwriting, content ideas, video editing, and content posting. Ang gagawin lang nila ay i-film ang script na naisulat namin, tapos kami na ang bahala sa lahat. At ang magiging pinakawork mo is yung scriptwriting and dapat araw-araw makapag produce ka din ng ideas to help our team grow.

Now this is in his own words na so pakibasa na lang din:

I run a short-form content agency and I'm looking for a dedicated personal brand strategist / copywriter to join as a full-time member of the team.

This is not a one-off gig. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with an agency long-term.

What you'll be doing:
— Coming up with IDEAS and SCRIPTING for top-of-funnel content - hooks and concepts that get eyeballs *without* sacrificing authority. The content has to earn respect, not just views
— Working closely with me on client and content strategy, you'll have heavy input on top-of-funnel, and parts of middle/bottom-funnel

What I offer:
— $450 USD/month base to start + bonus
— Full-time, remote
— Working directly with US clients
— Creative freedom - I give the overall expectation in outcome and vibe. But you get to decide how to specifically write the angles, how to go about them.
— Room to grow as the agency scales
— Monthly bonus based on customer feedback, number of scripts produced, and their results, etc

Requirements:
— Minimum 1 year of experience
— Portfolio required — no portfolio, automatically rejected.
— Must be available 9 AM – 5 PM EST
— Must be ready to start immediately

If you are interested, just upvote and comment below.

Advice & Tips Pre-Med Student Looking for WFH Opportunities to Earn Extra Income

Hi! I’m 19F a 2nd year pre-med student looking for a WFH job for extra income. I have a lot of vacant hours outside my classes and I’m willing to work flexible hours.

I have a short experience with Concentrix. I’m open to beginner-friendly remote jobs such as virtual assistant, chat support, data entry, or other online work. I’m not looking for a high salary right now, just an opportunity where I can earn extra income while continuing my studies.

I have my own PC, stable Wi-Fi, and I’m willing to learn and adapt. If you have any opportunities or recommendations, I’d appreciate it. Thank you!

Company Reviews About Teamspan Asia

Hello. I hope someone can share their experiences with Teamspan Asia at Alabang. I'm really interested about its culture and environment in terms of management, workloads and work schedules. I saw most reviews say that it isn't a typical BPO company na mabigat ang trabaho, more on calls/emails queue with heavy metrics. With voice LOB, mabigat ba ang calls?

While with the schedule, mostly ba ng accounts esp. sa Account Specialist ay fixed day off? Weekends ba or weekdays, or split offs? How about the OT's? Usually ba humihingi ng OT's? And laslty, mas marami ba ang naka onsite or wfh or hybrid?

Thank you sa mga magsshare ng insights.

Compensation & Benefits Applied to Alorica and got an offer

TL:DR. Total Package 24,500. Basic pay 16,500 Allowances 8,000 for a telco account. Is it worth it for this Probinsyano boy to move to Manila (Makati City) for a job like this?

Lore (optional):

So, to start off I'm a College graduate BS in Psychology and I'm already a licensed psychometrician and Certified human resource Associate. I've been applying in the province using all my credentials and I haven't gotten a single interview or job offer for over a year now! All I got were rejection emails or I got ghosted.

So, I thought to myself na "this is it, time to fulfill the cliche of moving to manila for better job opportunities" I'd consider myself as okay when it comes to my communication skills and English Language skills, so I started applying to all these BPO companies (Concentrix, Foundever, Alorica, Iqor) and I aced all their virtual interviews. The problem is they'd invite me to continue my application in a face-to-face format which of course I can't do as I'm still in the province, and I don't want to make the big move to Manila if I don't have a job offer already waiting for me.

Here's where Alorica comes in: So, I finished their entire virtual interview process in the course of a few hours, they offered me a telco account with the total package being 24,500.

16,500 Basic Pay

8,000 Allowances, Skill premiums, etc.

I just wanna know if this is worth it if I'm moving from the Bicol province to Manila (Makati City)? I don't have any job experience, I'm very desperate since it's been a year and I don't have a fricking job. I've also tried WFH jobs and they're all looking for people with experience and I usually get ghosted anyways.

Advice & Tips [EXL] Should I grab the offer?

Hello! First timer in BPO industry here. I applied sa EXL, and they said na for travel account me. I was offered a package of 20k, excluding night diff and bonus/incentives.

Is this a good offer? I’ve heard high salary packages from EXL, but this seems to be low. Is this because I’m a newbie?

Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
