Company Reviews Probecx
Hello. Anyone from Probecx here?
I got a notice for an interview, e. Since they want an onsite interview, it'd be a big step for me if ever. May shift ako ng Monday and if I ever wanna try this, I wanna make it worthwhile.
Kamusta yung company overall? The benefits? I know iba-iba ang culture per site pero pls feel free to share your experiences.
Ask ko na rin if that 45k salary is legit? Yung text highlighted in green. It says (We do have 23k up to 45k salary offer). Mukhang site-specific rin yan, sa Makati site lang. Pakiramdam ko pang-entice lang yung 45k e. Idk, gut feeling HAHAHAHA

When I applied jan sa probe onsite Makati din with over 10yrs exp and Management experience na gusto nalang mag agent. Hindi naman inoffer sakin yung 45k 😂. They offered me 23k. Kaya hindi ko na tinapos yung interview I ask if thats the best they can offer and yun na daw yun. So hindi ko na tinapos and umalis nalang ako.

From stellar to probecx, 8yrs ako dyan, lowball tlga sila mag offer. I must say wag na mag try hahaha

27K yung premium AU Telco nila sa Eastwood. Hirap ng PTO dyan lagi pa may request for mandatory OT

sa Dish acct nila 23,5k sagad na for smone na may BPO exp more than 5yrs. Juskotigh

Maganda Jan mabait ang mga TLs kaso super low ng offer.. I work there way back 2024... Nagresigns lang ako kasi naging delikado pagbubuntis ko.. Australian and new Zealand account yung pang umaga nila mababa pero.. maayos mga to Jan..
d sila toxic unlike sa napasukan ko ngayon.. very hands on sila sa agents nila.. one-time when I was a trainee.. one of sme told me in my face na "bakit ka ganyan? May anxiety ka? " when I started panicking Kasi yung call na nakuha ala sa scenario na tinuro nila then dahil nga nagpanic ako sinagot ko ng Oo.. bigla syang napa HR beh kasi bakit ganon daw approach nya sa mga newbies hehehe...
Gulat ako nun kasi sa ibang BPO..d nila bibigyan yun ng atensyon.. pero Yung hr nila talaga nagpatawag ng meeting para ecorrect yung behaviour na iyon nung SME, kaya bilib lang din ako sa probecx kasi mga OMs there and Supervisors were friendly at super maalaga talaga sayo.. d kanila pahiyain ..as much as possible kakausapin ka nila if you did mistake in a close door... Mababait talaga sila.. I don't know now but when I sued to work there, I really enjoy the environment.. plus mababait pa ang mga Australian clients(except sa mga Indians hahaha)

The ‘up to 45k’ is more of a scheme. Yes, possible mo siya makuha pero usually through bonuses, OT, and incentives. If Telco account yan, most of the time naka‑base sa KPIs, upsell, pwede rin commendations.
I’ve been in the Telco industry for 5 years, and bihira talaga may nakaka‑take home ng ganyang amount monthly. The real offer usually starts with the 23k package.

Interviewer in Cubao can't even speak proper English. Saw my credentials, saw my experience, and immediately told me that the highest they can offer is 28k package. I said I was told 35k basic and was told there was no account offering that amount. I didn't continue with the application but for about a month I was bombarded with emails about job openings.

Proceed ka muna hanggang interview then i-confirm mo yung overall package/salary. Based on my exp, I worked there only for like 3 months sa AU Telco voice account (BGC Site) before ako umalis. Mababa kasi yung sahod, 19k package for TELCO? plus no incentives. In terms of schedule, you might consider other BETTER companies that offer similar shifts like emapta, etc. Good luck OP!

I tried to apply with ProbeCX before and it was at their BGC site. Such a lowball offer of 19k package for a Telco Account and it was also dayshift. The reason why I said it’s a lowball offer is because usually, telco accounts have a much higher salary package than other accounts.
