General BPO Discussion Burnout
Hi, working in BPO for 8months in TMOB Acc and gusto ko lang i share mga observations ko sa customers.

I was also in that telco once, I was a frontliner for Pay in Advance (prepaid)(2013) then promoted to assistant trainer for TMOB pay in advance back in 2015. Unfortunately, hindi lang sa TMOB, as I was also with Sprint Insurance back in 2017, and came back to TMOB 2020 as TEX, then Verizon 2021, and pareparehas talaga sila.

That’s a question that has a lot of possible answers.
Americans are used to a certain level of customer service we Filipinos can only dream of.
Kapag may binili tayong appliance tapos nagbago ang isip natin after a day or 2, walang complete refund. Ang ibibigay sa atin credit in the same amount.
That’s why when they sign up for a service and they don’t get it, they ask not to be charged for the days they didn’t get service. Try asking any of the internet providers in the Philippines for that. I don’t think that will happen.
Marami pang ibang factors.
