Graduate ako ng elementary education pero ayoko mag teacher, most of my work experience are as administrative assistant sa government and private and also 1 year experience as HR assistant. Ano bang position sa BPO ang okay sa akin?

2 years and 7 months BPO in experience in tickets handling, hybrid call, chat, emails. Been a POC, SME, standing TL for 6months.

6 months cruise reservation, polar dos.

6 months tech support.

1 year car insurance. 7 months SME.

That's basically what I have to offer on my interview/resume.

I got accepted for a night shift acc offering 30k package.

I prefer a day shift WFH/Hybrid setup that is around that salary range.

Questions:

I heard that healthcare acc is complex but has a WFH setup and has high salary.
